@@panicatlabiblioteca3977yo, my aura for migraines is a swimming type of vision where everything looks like it’s swirling. My migraines last for weeks with varying intensity if one hits. When I get that aura I naturally freak out. A lot of “no no no nononononono!” If it goes away I’m like, “whew!” 😮‍💨

Honestly the auras and false auras are worse than the actual seizure😢 gives me mad anxeity to the point I forget to breathe which not only increases the chance of a seizure but a full blown panic attack 😓
