Sir your property should have been moved from gramapanchayat limits to Nagara Sabha limits so going forward you will get Khata issued by Nagara Sabha & you would be paying Property tax to Nagara Sabha, may be you get Form 3 i think
First you need to convert the land from agriculture to non agriculture purpose, then take layout plan approval from local planning authority/Gramapanchayat, only then you can sell the plots sir.
Developer has made a layout and it’s not registered or approved layout either by local authority or BMRDA, and also it’s DC converted for residential or layout purposes is this what it states in dc document’s, also title is very clear but in E-Swathu portal it mentions in the note has this property can not be registered since it’s form 11b also from 1 survey no they have divided into multiple plots in panchayat will they register has individual e-Khata Can we buy this plot or not? If no why?

Form 11b, if it says property can't register because no transaction and no electricity bill before 2013. So this kind of properties can't be registered? The land is purchased by builder 2021 and later he did conversion, approval everything done.. so can't we purchase site here?

Mam, As you would have submitted sale deed & got khata transferred to your name, PDO should not deny to change the name, if still PDO is denying please raise a complaint with concerned EO.

Form 9 is equal to A Khata, e-swathu website has some issues for more than 6 months, still it is not resolved, even i experience same problem. Try to close the window, refresh and then key in the PID.

Sir, there is some website issue from past one year, department is least bothered to fix the issue. However there is another way to check Property details in e-swatu websites. If possible please send your property ID i will check and let you know.

You can get loan from private housing finance companies like Canfin, IndiaBulls, Piramal, Fullerton and other NBFCs

This PropertyId is UPGRADED to ULB.
What is this status? Is this property can be registered?
In this case you need to get new Khata from respective ULB only then we can check status sir
