Fun fact: in my first ever Nuzlocke I messed up so bad at Raihan’s gym challenge that I barely had any Pokémon after to work with. One of those was a random Cramorant I found named Gluttony and I decided to use him as potential cannon fodder, at a little over half health staring down Raihan’s max rockfall, he lived on one and I joked his head bobbed up and down like an accordion. After that incident Gluttony would stay on the team, having many near death experiences and even accidentally causing the deaths of two of my team members. Despite that I grew fond of Gluttony because of his stubbornness towards death and how silly he was in the camp(he flew around to random parts of the area and always annoyed my other pokemon). My brother and I began making up stories of how he flew backwards upside down and on the floor, or how he had to constantly be held so he didn’t try to eat the other members of my party. Gluttony not only ended up beating Leon, but was the only member able to take a hit and kill Zacian in the post game. He became my mascot, I caught a shiny one in Teal Mask, was my first plushie first my Pokémon collection, and I even had a version of him in one of my only DnD games as a pet bird. My second favorite Pokémon of all time and I’m glad the little guy been getting a lot of love recently

I think Rose himself isn’t actually “evil at the last minute”, he just read up on some Galarian history and made (honestly a rather terrible) decision to help with Galar’s energy source. Plus he knows he cannot handle a legendary on his own, but instead of finding other qualified trainers to deal with capturing Eternatus, he (again foolishly) releases it before actually setting precautions. Maybe if he read a bit more, this could have been avoided…. How did this man become a president, exactly?
SwSh's plot is VERY rushed. It would be better if they had shown his concern for the energy and everyone just told him to not worry about it since theres a long time left before it finishes. Rose out of pettyness gets pissed off and goes against everyone and uses eternatus.
I disagree. Rose was a challenger to Leon, so he as a trainer is AT LEAST as skilled as a player character at the point you meet ethernatus. Except for the fact Rose has much more expirience, but kinda less practice. And if you look at his team - he straight up have all chances of beatin ethernatus into submission and catching him. He doesnt only because of plot reasons, cause Ethernatus is somehow unbeatable unless you have Legendary Wolves help, despite the fact that anybody could beat him when hes your actual pokemon.
He wanted Leon to help him, but Leon initially refused, so he figured that if he did it anyway Leon would have no choice but to help. Jokes on him, Leon is far from unbeatable.
Beautiful Cramorant run. I could not go back to solo running swsh after scarlet violet came out. I’m actually doing a Cramorant run in Violet for fun. Her name is Gorgon and I love her.
Klinklang is super nasty in Gen 8 for whatever reason. I've solo'd the entire game with one and had no issues at all, even against Kabu and Leon's Charizard. Shift Gear and Gear Grind is insane
I mean, for the Raihan double battle, you could've just used Surf, it hits both Pokemon and still triggers Cramorant's Gulp Missile ability. Could've saved you a bit of hassle, just saying... ALSO PLEASE I BEG OF YOU DO A SCARLET/VIOLET RUN WITH ONLY MUDBRAY, HE'S SUCH A FUN POKEMON AND HE'S MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE DO IT PLS!!!!!!
Considering Deathwing's ability, would it have been another option to run surf on it? A lot of the pokemon you faced had crazy gigh defense, along with Surf having a higher base power and is special rather than physical like dive, and her having a nature that boosted its special attack Loved the playthrough tho! :D
