    Thank you for putting this out. It’s just what I needed as an introduction to getting back into exercise! Was just long enough so the first one back didn’t seem too much of a mountain to climb! 😊

    Having had a diagnosis of a dodgy heart valve, this came up on my suggested vids. Never really been an exerciser, but I gave this a go and to be fair it was ok. Got a bit of a sweat on but that’s probably as I did this in jeans and a long sleeve T-shirt with the house heating set to 22… think next time I’ll be more prepared. But think I’ll try stick at it. Wake up call and all that…!
