    Michael Patrick "Murph" Murphy (May 7, 1976 - June 28, 2005) was a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan. He was the first member of the U.S. Navy to receive the award since the Vietnam War.[1] His other posthumous awards include the Silver Star Medal (which was later upgraded to the Medal of Honor) and the Purple Heart.
    This was his favorite workout. Rest In Peace Michael P. Murphy.

    It's 4:48 AM on 2nd of March, 2020 and I'm up for this challenge. My challenge is that that I haven't been exercising since the past one month because I had a fracture and I'll resume working out this but I'll do a mini Murph kinda thing but I promise you it's not easy for me and is a big challenge, thus wish me luck and I'll be back .. so what I'll do is as follows
    2 km run
    100 push-ups
    10 pull-ups ( might increase as I progress)(currently I do 0)
    150 squats
    1 km run

    I did my first Murph yesterday for Veterans Day. After the third set I thought “there’s no way I’m doing 17 more of these.” But I’m glad I finished. My legs are the most sore

      the guy is an employee working for their company (same one as 5 min crafts and many other companies) who got paid to do this. The guy talking is a voice actor. Last thing is that the guy talking does not own the channel and he’s one of the hundreds of employees working for this company.

    100 sit-ups
    100 push-ups
    100 squats
    And a 10 km run
    Every single day for 3 years
    Never use air-conditioners

    (1) The thumbnail shows a big change in ab definition from "before" to "after," but the Murph does have any targeted ab exercises. Did you (a) do abs separately, (b) just get ab benefits from the other exercises, or (c) use a thumbnail that doesn't actually show YOUR before and after? (2) Did you replace the push-ups with inclined push-ups when you got tired? The video has a clip of inclined push-ups several times. Thanks!

    In p90x you have a chest and back workout day as day 1. It basically makes you do some 130 pull-ups and 250 pushups. If you finish that workout most of you will see pumped muscles immediately. Enter this murph workout.. my god I will be ripped by day 6. No joke. Gonna try it. Maybe not. Will take about 40 mins daily. Let's give it a shot today. Thanks Mr Bright side. You are the special-est.

    When I was younger I used to do a weird challenge after school every other day and before going to bed, it was
    200 push ups
    50 crunches
    200 sit ups
    2km run or 10km depending on level of energy
    But after a lap of 4 months of constance
    I was the fastes in my classroom at the time, it took me by surprise that such a small exercise every other day took me that far.. anyway just a thought

      500 of every major group at day for 20 days no running just pure calisthenics.
      With a vest that weighs at least 20lbs

    I did something like this but it's a 5km run, 50 push ups, pull ups, and squats and some muay thai plus healthy eating. I used to be 87kg and now I'm 56kg

    The guy with the voice-over doesn't sound like he is the one in the video :"D Bright Side, tell me if I'm wrong! I would have rested because I know the pain of stomach due to food-poison. I personally wouldn't do that "only" for a month without working on my abs, core or legs. BUT BRAVO!

    My advice for you who want to try this things called non stop workout, you need to be considerate on how your physical are ,you obesed,slim or fit? if you are obesed and doing non stop running and jogging it will take a toll on your knee

      No proper pull ups either lol.
      Sing up in a gym, higher a Profesional experienced trainer in the beginning to learn stability and proper compound movements. And don’t expect results in 3 weeks. Do yoga few hours a week to strengthen the joints and gain flexibility. Don’t ever worry about results, they come but they come gradually and very slowly. Eat healthy. Not taking a short cut it’s taking a short cut. It’s a long run not a sprint.
      Stop brainwashing people into this phony videos.

    The important thing is no one can do pull ups if he havent gone to gym for atleast 6 months and also after 6 months you are inshape and you dont need to do this to be inshape 💪

    A while ago is started to exercise more I started a detected work out I start with a 30 min run in the morning 100 push-ups after that then around lunch I do 100 crunches then after dinner I run for one hour then after that I do 100 pull-ups. This worked very well for me I immediately cut junk food and pop from my diet and started eating healthy. After 2 weeks I lost 40 pounds and started feeling better in general. Great job with your videos and success. Cheers

    You can workout on an empty stomach, mainly if it's lighter or done in the morning. And besides, this workout is made for you to eat before working out so you don't die or fry your nerves system.
