To go back to her feeling for Bam, in the floor of death arc *Spoilers*, Gram actually calls both Yuri and Endoris on how they need to think about what they're feelings for Bam. Like actual romantic love or more intrigue for the potential for massize change in the tower via Bam. Yuri orignally seemed more the latter since she orignally was interested in Bam since hes the first irregular in forever(feeling might have changed since then) while Endoris basically played up the idea of "falling from the shoe rack" when considering Bam.

Although I don't think it's been confirmed, I believe she was talking about Ja Wagnan, who is suspected to be an illegitimate child of Jahad, hence making him a prince.

I suspect that Yuri will rise much higher in the rankings -she is still considered young by the standards of Princesses. The fact that she has the bloodlines of 2 of the Great Families might indicate that she has the potential to become like Anne Jahad. OTOH, SIU has said that Yuri doesn't actually feature in the story that much so maybe not. Also, it's probably worth noting that Yuri has apparently been dealt with harshly by Jahad following the Last Station which has apparently upset the Ha family. Exactly how severe her punishment was remains to be seen.
