I was thinking about this the last 2 weeks, laid off during COVID, am I doing the work that I am meant to do? Does it fulfill me? Does it really have a purpose or does it just make money? Here I am realizing an 8 year old speech is making sense to me NOW!
Sorry to hear you were laid off. These same meanings are very relevant in all parts of our lives, including in evaluating our relationships. But I do hope you find work soon!
True, but "old" is also relative :) 2012 is quire recent. But as you say, many insights in being human are enduring and ancient wisdom is still very relevant !
