One thing this set made me realize is how Bushi really needs to step up their quality in lower rarities in main sets. After all of the borderline useless commons revealed in set 5, it was refreshing to see actually useful cards in COTDs.
The only thing I want from this set( (IF it came to English) is the Chrono stuff and the Strega/Yuika reprint, I'm still wondering why they didn't include Marlean as part of the CoroCoro promo boss so that Lyrical reprints could also be in this outside of Strega and Yuika
Bushiroad really needs to stop doing these 3-card pack "reprint" sets. It makes buying boxes feel way more gambly than normal when trying to get reprints you actually want and then spikes prices of any actually good new cards they introduce with them. If global doesn't get this set, we really need a regular reprint set
This is not a reprint set though? It's like saying set 7 was a reprint set because it had the Re cards. This is a collab set like any other first (100 new cards), reprints are just an extra thing to tie it in more with the main stuff.
You know, the one thing that I like about this pack is that, while the 3 cards boosters sucks super hard, at least you have 24 boosters in a box. It makes the buying of a box somewhat more worth. (Though if it comes in English you can be sure that they would turn it into a 100$ box lmao) Also 1 reprint per box is sad, and I think that the comment at 5:56 pretty much sums up why I gladly won't buy any of this pack should it release somehow in EN.
It was actually really bad for me, cos I got one pack from the corocoro magazine, opened it, and literally 3 Cs. Nothing useful, not even effect trigger. If you thought opening the Festival Booster set was bad when you got a plain trigger, a G0 Youth, and an R card, this is that but times 10 at the very least.
@@DifferentFight I'm definitely synching with the feeling when you did it as well. Made the comment before finishing the video and saw that you too wasn't quite thrilled either. The decision of making all either Cs or RRRs/secrets definitely sucks, and having said RRRs could be for a collab you're not into is even worse.
Man i remember thinking corocoro comics was a Doraemon only thing until I got older and learnt that it's an actual comic also I wonder if kids still read corocoro comics in japan due to you know youtube and stuff

This is just a preferential thing. I do agree with you, however, I have to respect the creative team for sticking with the manga original theme and art style.
