Definitely interesting to get into this. I remember when the light bulb came on for Nothing Else Matters. Once I knew it's got multiple chord shapes, it made it a lot easier to start learning it. I never perfected the timing, but can kind of play it now. Think it was a guitar teacher that pointed it out and also showed me that it's finger picking.
Slowly gaining more theory knowledge and it's definitely helping me to understand why things sound good for the most part. You can then occasionally "break the rules" for a unique touch.

The chord structure in this song is similar to Mr. Crowley, as well as the latter half of Tornado of Souls. It also reminds me of the intro in Ozzy's Gets Me Through as well.
