I wish I would take advantage of 2-3 bedroom townhome for 140-155 k back in 2018-2020 and I didint …. Now everything’s high in Augusta area, around 185-200 for townhomes I hope it goes back down one day. I’m in myrtle beach right now and it’s outrageous I’m paying almost 400 month for HOA for a 1 bedroom condo… if I ever decide come back to csra it may take awile
I think your experience will vary based on location. In my opinion, it's not nearly as bad as the mid west. While we have tornado watches and warnings, and they do exisist, as a life-long Georgian, I have never personally experienced a tornado.
High Housing cost, Insurance Premiums, HOA fees, and an uncertain future with Climate Change. I believe Florida will be one of the few Housing markets that will crash within the next 5-10years.
