I’m looking forward to what gets announced at Jump Festa this Friday and I hope people don’t get too disappointed. I feel like the next Yugioh show will probably be another season of Go Rush or something because Rituals were just introduced and they wouldn’t introduce a new mechanic (new to the show) just randomly so I think another Go Rush season is likely to happen. But if that doesn’t happen then I’d like to see either a Master Rule anime or a Duel Links themed movie. Maybe we could get both. Who knows? 🤷♀️
I'm honestly 95% sure we're getting a new series announcement at Jump Festa. Though I hope it'll be a Rush & Master Rule hybrid show, it's probably guaranteed to have Rush given how we haven't seen much from Rush Rituals thus far. PS - Curious how the final arc of GO Rush would tie up the loose ends? (Epoch, Yuna, Darkmen)
How would a hybrid even work? Wouldnt card artworks be difficult to handle because there are 2 diff dueling styles. Also how would a protag have a deck for Master and Rush? Would it be the same and if so how would it be able to adapt to such different styles. Do not get me wrong, I would Really like a hybrid, but it just does not make sense.
@United4Eternity I could see it being one of two ways. You could have a more down-to-Earth slice of life series with characters who play both styles of the game and have different decks. You can just take that for granted as just a thing that the characters do. This lets you get dual protagonists and maybe even lean into a current industry trend of Shounen manga where romance series are getting more of a push. The other would be to lean into the multiverse thing and have it so that the decks actually change as they go between worlds between Master and Rush. This would be easiest to handle by making a plot focus on specifically two worlds. Though it does mean that at the end of the day they need to play favorites and pick one gameplay style to be the core. Most likely Rush because it's actually possible to fit a full duel into a single episode with Rush. How they could handle it is that you'd have characters who are getting their decks printed in both games simultaneously, but with different effects that match the needs of each specific game. The limitation on this style is that it could be very difficult with how different the games are.
Unless Yudias gets something out of the new Time Power that he's discovered, I feel like we won't see more of the Yuna, Epoch and the Darkmen stuff since those elements are related to other characters that will have their closure (Asaka/Rovian, Yudias and Yuamu respectively) In fact, just like what happened with SEVENS! Otes, SEVENS's Book and Yuga, I wouldn't be surprised if the disappearance of Yuna, Epoch and the Darkmen is touched on in another Rush's Anime that is tied to SEVENS/GO RUSH. I still think that GO RUSH is going to end and will have one last Arc: I don't see a Season 4 and I don't think it would be good to expand the Story and its Characters more than necessary.
I'm callin it: Yugioh 9, Linked to Sevens and Go Rush, Multiverse, Ritual based but there will be another summoning method 😉 Also agree with Rarity Kuaidul is the GOAT!

Or a bonds beyond time sequel called bonds beyond the network where yusaku goes thru the network into yuya's and Yuma's duel disks and talks to them and somehow they get together to battle maybe a cyberweb archetype where the villain can access a code to have any card ever made since cards are computer codes anyways.

I would hope there will be a female protagonist, so I agree with both of you there, I saw the shadow of this new character, surprisingly it might be my character design as you see in my Avatar here, but who knows, I'll be tuning in RUclips daily, I can't wait for what's in store as my catch phrase when I start a duel, I'm all fired up!
imagine if they announce the next arc or next sequel of GO Rush on how Kuaidul learn the ritual summon, like for example: Kuaidul travel to DM word where he met Pegasus and both exchange the Rush Duel and Ritual summon technique and somehow he also met Judai and he tried out the HERO version of Rush Duel. If they do this, konami will also advertise the recent HERO pack and make more money from it. It just my thought, sorry for broken English.
On the note of RUclips series, I've said for a long time now that Konami should have one-off episodes for each core booster set to showcase a character's new support. They could even do cross-series Duels via Duel Links. This would give non-Rush fans something. They could even use the OCG manga characters to show off non-anime architypes.

What I’d like to see would be a duel links multiversal crossover that has speed duels and master duels. Here’s my pitch, A.I. is in a simulation world where all the characters from the master duel anime’s exist as computer programs in a simulation time loop constantly living out the events of the anime until A.I. and /or yusaku break the cycle giving these programs free will and lives past those events within the duel links world
I love the idea of a movie to introduce the next protagonist of Yu-Gi-Oh 9, and using the stars of the previous shows to do that! My one issue would be, and this was something I mentioned in the comments section of a previous video, would the older Yu-Gi-Oh fans accept those characters (Yugi, Yusei, Yuya, Yuma, Jaden, etc) being animated by someone other than Gallop? To me that would be the issue. Personally, I love the idea, even if its not the previous studio handling it, I could care less if its Bridge, or somebody else doing it, so long as its written well! I'm just afraid some of the older generation fans like myself will never accept the fact a different studio would handle it no matter how good it is!
I'd like if they are in the duel links and all the villains and protagonists have to duel in a dueling Royale but different like judai dueling marik, yuya dueling pegasus, yudias dueling z-one, and the female duel links protagonist dueling the final villain of sevens AND maybe another master world boss to show she can hybrid duel
@ something different i don’t really want a straight duel links movie when we are near the anniversary of gx. imagine having threat that even defeated goes into the greater universe and jaden, chazz and alexis chase them that leads to duel links movie

Return to more character focused stories? Rush anime have more focus on character writing than Gallop ever had. They have like 10+ developed and relevant characters in each shows while Gallop had like or 3 or 4.
Exactly. Yoshida, Ono, and the rest of Gallop were incompetent at developing more than 2-3 characters at a time. Bridge has been so much better in that aspect, it hasn't even been close.
@@Peng924 gx and arc v had it the worst, maybe VRAINS too from what I hear. 5ds could've done better. Zexal had a small handful of well developed people at least; yuma/Astral, kite and the arclights pretty much. Everyone else got barely anything
@@Diamondr11Blue Yep, Gallop struggled with the same issues consistently over all 5 of their shows (I don't count DM as that was Takahashi, though DM does share a lot of these issues). Every series had to have a power trio and/or a heavily bloated cast, where the lead character was the only one allowed to progress the story in any meaningful way. This was why female characters got shafted so consistently, as they were never the MC nor part of the power trio. Those issues were also a symptom of a larger issue, which was the ridiculously high stakes they'd put on every duel. GX and Zexal were the only ones where the protagonist could actually lose sometimes and be okay, while a loss in the rest of the series meant the cast was pretty much screwed. How much better would Vrains have been if they actually showed Yusaku with Aoi at the duel club, or did more dungeon puzzles instead of just card games? Probably a lot better, cause it would've opened up low stakes opportunities to develop Yusaku and the rest of the cast. Instead, it was all card games and death at every opportunity, which ironically got stale.
Konami animation not being a main studio doesn't mean that we will not have a lore anime. Konami as a company can easily work with another big studio for a big production. And since it has nothing to do with the card game Go rush will not be impacted. That being said, it clearly lower the chance to have an annoucement at Jump Festa like you said. I'm still praying for it 🙏
7 years of Rush, I don’t mind another Rush show to maybe complete the 10 years of Rush make an 3 rush protagonist movie, just like Bond Beyond Time Or a female protagonist, like Pokémon, Or back to Master Duel, but I don’t how it’s gonna impact Master Rule 6 with Links and pendulums With the reveal of Rituals in Rush, the possibility of being a Rush anime for Yugioh 9 is very high
I mean, SEVENS also had a lot of Plots that needed to be wrapped up in its last Arc and it managed to wrap them up in a decent/correct way (especially for several Characters). Curiously, the only pending Plot thread that was left aside in SEVENS was the topic of Otes and his connection with Yuga (which we now know has a lot of weight/importance in GO RUSH) Therefore, I can think that GO RUSH will close several of the pending things in its last Arc (especially for its most important Characters), but will leave some Plot threads open for a possible continuation. Anyway, I still say that we will have a Yu-Gi-Oh 9th that will tell a new Story with new Characters, but focused on the trick recently introduced in GO RUSH: Ritual Summon.
I hope its a rush. There's one type of movies and what woukd a dl show offer? Arc v and bbt exist. And They might not be able to get back the original VAs too
I prefer a new Yu-Gi-Oh! anime that is more serious and features character designs from a studio similar to Studio Gallop. In my opinion, Sevens and Go Rush have a tone that is too comedic and childish. There is still time for Konami to reconsider and fix this mistake, as it goes against the original vision and intent of the author, Kazuki Takahashi, who presented a darker and more serious story. Of course, there was comedy, but it was well-balanced, unlike these series, which are more geared toward a kids' audience.
WE YUGIOH fans have got nothing like in 3 years I hope this time they announce a new anime master duel with no comedy or so ever or even a movie duel links!

Yu-Gi-Oh 9 might be connected to Sevens and Go Rush because of the multiverse. But I don't think we're going to see anyone from the previous two series appear. Who knows maybe whoever created rituals also created Rush Duels in that dimension and there's no version of Yuga in that world.
I never liked Rush, and Go Rush. It’s not the Yugioh I’m used to. We need to go back to old school Yugioh, meaning a return to Master Duel. Lets go back to GX, or 5Ds.
@@Diamondr11Blue exactly I don't know why the Rush haters think that if the anime ends Studio Gallop's going to come back. From the way they described it working on the Master Rule anime was the worst experience for the majority of their employees. I don't wish that on any animation studio. Plus they'd just complain when another studio comes in with their own unique animation style and it doesn't match Gallop's 100% accurately.
@@rexfan1002 yeah. I like the the gallop style but if we go back for an older series with a new drawing and writing way it won't be the same. Some things should left in the past. Aster and Alexis were already complained of writing wise, what will change now?
Don't mean to be shaking the tree here and no disrespect, but a new female main character isn't what yugioh needs. Could be the wrong numbers, but at least 90% of the yugioh community is male. I don't speak for anyone, but I assume most people want to see the previous shows and characters they fell in love with as kids get the love and time they deserve.
Maybe they should bring back the romance? No seriously, what the f@ck is it to get rid of it. Are you so interested in the thousandth piece of crap about friendship? Maybe the romance wasn't exactly a good thing in Gallop, but it added a little life. And yes, Gallop's drawing in Vrains, Zexal and Arc-V is a hundred times better than Bridge's, which even has shittier 3D. And if the multiverse has already been confirmed, then we could safely continue Arc-V, it would be a very good rehabilitation and we could show the relationship between Yuya-boys and Yuzu-girls. It's like friendship in shonen is no longer so relevant and shonen with romance are already being released, while Yugioh and card anime in general still have these problems.
The people at Gallop were genuinely incapable of writing compelling romance, so I don't know that Bridge would be "bringing it back" if they introduced it into the show. They would probably do it ten times better though.

All I care about is if whether or not show 9 (If there is one.) will have the Master Duel rules again. Because I miss the classic game in the anime.
La respuesta es corta es no porque lo que más vende actualmente son los animes Rush duel y lo que mejor tiene en rating
I mean, SEVENS also had a lot of Plots that needed to be wrapped up in its last Arc and it managed to wrap them up in a decent/correct way (especially for several Characters). Curiously, the only pending Plot thread that was left aside in SEVENS was the topic of Otes and his connection with Yuga (which we now know has a lot of weight/importance in GO RUSH)
Therefore, I can think that GO RUSH will close several of the pending things in its last Arc (especially for its most important Characters), but will leave some Plot threads open for a possible continuation.
Anyway, I still say that we will have a Yu-Gi-Oh 9th that will tell a new Story with new Characters, but focused on the trick recently introduced in GO RUSH: Ritual Summon.
Praying for a female yugioh protagonist, would make history
Outside of you virtue signalers.
Literally no one cares
@caimanders3380 no it wouldn't. Just for another character to flop?
@Diamondr11Blue why would the character flop
@caimanders3380 because they always do like the past ?
@Diamondr11Blue that not true anymore, in go rush the female characters are really good
Most likely option is a new Rush anime for YGO 9
Pipe Dream is a YGO movie
Extreme copium Duel Links anime
I hope its a rush. There's one type of movies and what woukd a dl show offer? Arc v and bbt exist. And They might not be able to get back the original VAs too
@Diamondr11Blue People want a Duel Links show just to see the characters from others shows interact
@@davigabriel783bbt and arc v exist already. Besides they might not have the VAS available
Yu Gi Oh 9 Master
I prefer a new Yu-Gi-Oh! anime that is more serious and features character designs from a studio similar to Studio Gallop. In my opinion, Sevens and Go Rush have a tone that is too comedic and childish. There is still time for Konami to reconsider and fix this mistake, as it goes against the original vision and intent of the author, Kazuki Takahashi, who presented a darker and more serious story. Of course, there was comedy, but it was well-balanced, unlike these series, which are more geared toward a kids' audience.
@@danielalves6170 what? All the series had comedy
No Rush
Let it be another dude for the meme of it
Really hope we get a GX movie
No
WE YUGIOH fans have got nothing like in 3 years I hope this time they announce a new anime master duel with no comedy or so ever or even a movie duel links!
@alexplaymaker7690 is unlikely since master duel don't need an anime. And the last 2 Gallop YGO were bad in my opinion
“Master duel anime with no comedy” yall sat through GX with no problem and widely consider it a on of the best yugioh
@@TheArchive777 They only watch season 3 and 4 of GX
@ gx had a good comedy and became one of the best yugioh, u can’t compare it with the rush anime that shit is terrible!
@@alexplaymaker7690that’s MOST OF THE COMMUNITYS opinion anyway the rush anime is not leaving anytime soon because it’s here to stay say whatever you want about it but it’s still popular in Japan right now.
YU Gi oh 9 duel monster and Rush duel
*Yu-Gi-Oh! 9:* A hypothetical new series that combines all previous Yu-Gi-Oh! series, characters, and card mechanics into one epic storyline.
*Road to Yu-Gi-Oh! 9:* A fan-driven concept that imagines a unified storyline connecting all Yu-Gi-Oh! series, setting the stage for a potential new series, Yu-Gi-Oh! 9.
No
@@nicholuswilliams6443 yes
PLEASE Yu-Gi-Oh! 9 ! Rush duel anime or Master anime i don't care but NOT Go Rush season 4
It's time to move on
Yugioh 9 just like Vrains
Yugioh 9 just like Digimon Frontier Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil Saga
👀
If they did do a movie what id they did pull something like teen titans go did all the tiyltan boys got snagged and kidnapped by a group of baddies and in this movie something similar were to happen all the yu gi oh boys were to be kidnapped by say a cabal of baddies like a darkness zarc and any other baddies through the series and all the tu gi oh girls must team up and they need a new heavy hitter and bring in the new Mc yu gi oh girl to round out the team and they need to duel the cabal and their minions tull the big bad final boss level baddie a huge multi duel such as the zarc duel where the flgirls must team up and best them free the boys and boom fade to black the new shows title pops up and it's like duel you in such and such time they still have time to make a show cross work it with links and other promo stuff get teases at worlds or nationals ovas then when the time is right after whatever is going on with the current show they drop the new anime perfect set up
Yu-Gi-Oh 9 might be connected to Sevens and Go Rush because of the multiverse. But I don't think we're going to see anyone from the previous two series appear. Who knows maybe whoever created rituals also created Rush Duels in that dimension and there's no version of Yuga in that world.
Yugioh Vrains
Honestly bro, no one gives a fk about Rush duels, people want real yugioh again
I wouldn’t mind if Yudias was the protagonist of Yugioh 9 but probably not
No Yugioh movie
Y'all are thinking too much. I highly doubt that Konami or the Yugioh company will go to great lengths.
I never liked Rush, and Go Rush. It’s not the Yugioh I’m used to. We need to go back to old school Yugioh, meaning a return to Master Duel. Lets go back to GX, or 5Ds.
@The_Deal I prefer new things rather than use nostalgia
@@The_Deal it won't be the same. Different animation style and yall will complain just like arc v
THANK YOU, Somebody gets me!
@fate3076 Honesty, i think romance would just take away from the plot and duel.
The people at Gallop were genuinely incapable of writing compelling romance, so I don't know that Bridge would be "bringing it back" if they introduced it into the show. They would probably do it ten times better though.
