Better watch out for BDS movement on some of those stocks, there are hundreds of millions of people that will not buy their products because they support Israel, this will not change and will probably get worse.
Thanks for the analysis. Yet, 90% of the top 10 have div yield of below 2,5%... not ideal, but if I had to chose - only- from this list it would be MSFT, GOOGL, and perhaps CVS
Great video, it is always insight to see what the 1% is buying and why... Personally, I have been focused on two ETFs for long term growth investing while also gutting my dividend portfolio to concentrate it down to 7 holdings!
Great video! Nice to see a few of the main stocks I own on this list. Nice to see CVS as well which has been beating down but I've been adding. Probably the weakest stock in my portfolio but their dividend and them owning a health insurance company are mostly what's keeping me involved with it.

Thank you for the great video. Could you please make a separate more in-depth video about Disney stock, since they are increasing their free cash flow again. Thank you 😊

Awesome vid but you didn’t say if you would buy these now. The price of these stocks vs the yield is not attractive.
Which broker do you use to buy stocks or etf’s?

Why aren’t they buying VICI - the value as it relates to dividends is superior and I don’t understand why it’s not getting dividend purchasing love?
Because u want it to 😂
Just wait till q3 earnings. Hopefully they’ll crush it and it’ll propel it up
Market can stay irrational longer than most can stay solvent🤣
Hasnt it run up from 27 to 34? Idk about this reit, didnt know they payed a dividend either
@@honcho4329 What REITs don't pay a dividend? I thought that was the whole point of REITs?
Didnt burry short the market a year ago! Wtf!
