i'd love to see your thoughts on BXSL ARCC HTGC OBDC and MPW i think they could teach a lot about what to avoid too. and some have had recent news that teaches things too. i bet your audience will appreciated continuing to update them on how certain stocks may be affected differently than others with the upcoming fed cut and likely correction and possible recession. and since you did similar stocks i'd love to see your thoughts on PFE and BTI. ...and energy/pipeline etc stocks lol
Great picks. I am a little weary of REITs as I am in the minority here, but I don't think we see rate cuts in September. But that's ok if I'm wrong, can still buy SBUX, MCD, or any other quality stock that happens to be on sale. Exactly the strategy I outline on my own channel.
@@1985slipstream right there with you NKE. I bought more this week. Covered it in my video I just released today. NKE is the most undervalued stock on my list and has been since it tanked a month ago.
@@1985slipstream I agree, SBux is on the downturn and people keep acting like it's still in the 2018 growth phase. The hype is gone and there's alot of competition. a 3% dividend is a joke without steady growth.

@@Dividendology great looking forward to it, hopefully soon. The US market looks very expensive and in contrast emergin markets pretty cheap. Probably good time to pick up some foreign dividend kings. But which hahaha. Have a good weekend!
Thanks for the video..Don`t u think UNH is getting expensive? I think it's on all-time maximum..time to buy or waiting fr a correction? any healthcare company with great projection but still cheap?
I still didnt find the courage to buy Visa with 0,8 yield when I can buy HSY, ADP, SNA with close to 3% yield and dividend growth above 12% also.... am I wrong?
I wonder why where are only Insider sales and no purchases for Visa. Over years no purchases. Same as with mastercard. I own both but i don't understand it.
Please evaluate Ford it’s down 20% as of a couple days ago it has like a 7% dividend rate at the moment and under a 15 PE ratio but I would like to know what would be a good buy price

Dr pepper keurig? They can follow coke and pepsi's business model, but avoid repeating mistakes. The trail is blazed, Dr pepper is gaining and keurig is eating up that starbucks market share stall

I'm not hot on starbucks. I want to like it but monkeys would do a better job directing their business strategy. They failed big time in their China expansion which everyone knew was a horrible idea. The fact that they did something so guaranteed to fail is concerning. The CEO also doesn't strike me as someone who cares about the company. He got grilled by Jim Crammer of all people and just spoke in platitudes and corporate speak about the failings. I just can't invest in a company that doesn't have reassuring management, especially when they are in a vulnerable market.

LVMH insiders seem to suck at timing the market like the rest of us.
Or they’re building up their positions while the time is right.
Sometimes stocks are cheap for a reason. China is the reason for sbux
China isn't the only market to expand to. Even if things aren't as quick as anticipated, it's unlikely they shrink.
Financials, real estate and luxury goods. Three sectors that stand to get destroyed unless the Fed re-inflates.
Ok, but os a good time to buy it cheaper and wait for the re-inflates and they Will ryse👍
Schd is bullet proof for real estate
Luxury goods will grow
