As I only found guitar tabs of the song, the voice, bass and especially drums (RIP Jeremiah) are far from accurate, I just went what sounded good. Also I set the start of the instrumental intro a bit earlier, as rain and storm are probably a bit 'unpleasant' to listen to as an 8 bit version... The youtube thumb / video background is actually done using some ai generated pictures (the trees) and pixelations, that have nothing to do with Modest Mouse artwork, I just thought that the album cover of "Sad Sappy Sucker", where the song is from, wasn't that fitting for an 8-bit stylization, so I went with the theme of the song.
