I’ve been reading this series since week 2 of it coming out and I love it! Chapter 14 came out today and it was great! Can’t wait to see where it will continue to go and I hope it eventually gets big enough to have English physical volumes released in the west so I can buy it lol. Very excited for this story to unfold each week :)

Just read the chapters, kind of cringe worthy in some parts, but akin to souleater it oozes style. Characters are cool and the power system seems promising. For all people planning to go in it, I recommend waiting couple of months so chapters accumulate or it gets axed. I finished reading in 30mins still wanting more. With that being said, what are you waiting for
That's a good question! I'm huge into water activities like Surfing. Maybe water control or like Frozone haha and I could surf on land. Or maybe surf through garbage cause that's what there all around haha.
What were the manga that you showed for examples for battle shonen specifically the one were the guy is holding blue fire and has a scar on his forehead (never mind I found it)
I've seen it making the rounds, it's cliche asf and you can predict where it will go if you can see tropes because it relies on them. The only thing going for is it's art which looks like a mixture of Nakayama Atsushi and Kohei Horikoishi. The fight choreography is awful and plot convinces already starting to show it's head. I give 50 chapters to get itself a fanbase or get better writing.
I agree dawg, its got like the most basic tropes when it comes to Shonen manga and it just feels bland. I honestly don’t like the characters, the main character is like your basic edgy type main character but the author also tries to make him funny sometimes which it just doesn’t work and he introduces a bunch of other characters early on that are also like your most basic shonen side-characters . The arts cool but the fights are sometimes chaotic and it’s kinda hard to tell what’s going on. Way too much exposition, I believe manga/comics should show more than tell, flex that dope artwork. The pacing feels off but that’s just me but tbh I’ll probably still read it if it doesn’t get axed even though I just kinda shitted on it, but I really hope the writing and characters improve.
The story definitely has the potential to be something special, I just wanna see more. I think the only major nitpick I have right now is the power system. I like how original it is, but at the same time it’s kinda whacky, and I’d like to see it be elaborated more. Dope vid! 👍🏾

I hope they dont axe it and give it the timè , because it is good. Please dont let it be rushed. It has a pretty good philosophy thats pretty good social commentary too. And the characters are funand could be explored more with backstories even. And they are fun. And its basic enough to be understood easy with potential for all kind of abilities. Hope it getslonger.

The strange object you mention at 3:18 looks very much like a huge person sitting, hunched over with his arms around his knees, and some weird stuff sticking out of his spine.
3:21 Looks like a giant crouching, head buried in the arms, arms resting on legs. With oddly long spinous processes (the part of the bones that are sticking out of the spine).
Few months ago I read the the only 3 chapters available and loved it, I had to wait for more but ended up not keeping up but now im waiting for them to build up so I can binge this!
Yeah. The thick linework make it so clean and yet energetic. And generally very expressive. The use of perspective and the shading help with that, too.

definitely gonna start reading this series.. it looks great so far. and as for that object in the distance at 3:22 I know people have probably already figured this out but in my opinion it looks like a big humanoid thing curled up into a ball. the things on its back look like some sort of spine.
