My personal favorite chosen one is Luffy. Because Luffy fell into it by being exactly who he is. He values freedom above everything. He believes everyone should be free no matter what. But if they get in his way he has no problem beating the piss out of them. He hates those who steal other people's freedoms the most. Everything about Luffy is special. He's noble without being sanctimonious. He's giving but also very selfish. He is smart in what he knows like people and fighting but dumb in just about every other way. He's bluntly honest sometimes to a fault because there isn't a single lying bone in his body. Shanks imprinted on to him the importance of sticking by those he cherishes no matter what. To even make the whole world his enemy for the sake of a friend. He doesn't even need to know someone's past to know whether they're good or bad. He never asks to be recognized as a hero either and would rather everyone just see him as a pirate. Some people say him being the warrior of liberation was an ass pull but it really wasn't if you paid attention. Everywhere he goes he liberates. Whether it be just a person or an entire island. Even his ship the Thousand Sunny is appropriately named as he and his crew of dreamers bring the dawn to those places and people shrouded in darkness. The symbolism of many of his fights ties into that. Like how he knocked Crocodile who operated in the shadows into the light so the world saw him for he truly was. Or knocking Doflamingo into the dirt. A man who saw himself as a god because of his Celestial Dragon origin. He even stands up to others who think themselves gods that can't be touched like Charlos and Enel. Luffy personifies everything great about being free. His true power being able to conjure what he imagines fits him like a glove. He's the one who will lead the world into true freedom and liberation. To bring the dawn. After all Luffy was the man Roger was hoping would take his place.
I think the funniest part is that he was "chosen" because he happened to be in the same room as the fruit, and literally attained godly power because he was hungry.
A lot of people go around claiming that gear 5 was not properly foreshadowed and was introduced last minute with the Who's Who speech, however I am here to disprove that. We have the famous Skypeia panel which shows similarities of the Sun God. We also have the other famous line about the 4 Gods of the One Piece world which are the Sun, Rain, Forest and Earth gods. This definite proof that gear 5 was foreshadowed, however i find this to be quite the weak argument for it and much below par of what Oda usually does. ( This was back in 2002-2003 ) There are actually a few key moments that foreshadow Luffy's "strange body" and we only have to look at Luffy's 3 major fights in the New World, more specifically the 3 fights where he uses Gear 4, against Doflamingo, Cracker and Katakuri We are met with a common theme from the opponents, how they view Luffy and find themselves confused by his power. Katakuri is caught off guard and has to adapt to the way Snakeman moves, because it essentially does not behave as rubber should. During the Cracker fight, when Luffy enters Tankman the same thing happens, Cracker questions how is it that Luffy's body seems to be both soft and hard at the same time, something that rubber should not be. And by far the most important of these is the Doflamingo fight. In multiple moments Doflamingo questions how is it possible for Luffy's body to behave unnatural when it should be rubber. This is made even more obvious by the fact that immediately after witnessing gear 4 Doffy showcases and explains awakening Then there's the things that happened later in Wano which are the Who's Who and Kaido stuff before Gear 5. But these are not really foreshadowing since its basically in the same Arc Luffy having a power that is not just rubber has been set up since way before 2020 . What everyone is mad about is that the concept of the Sun god wasn't given more context within the story. But that's the problem. THE STORY HASN'T ENDED And looking back at it, it's pretty interesting how many if not nobody did not just question why tf can Luffy, a supposed paramecia transform 🤔. Those who did just shrugged it off Heck even without gear 4 Luffy was still doing goofy stuff Water Luffy Airhead Luffy Chibi Luffy Him applying Soru into Gear 2 Him blowing up air in his thumb 🤷♂️ but people really shrugged it off The dude literally made fire underwater and we all tried to justify it with vulcanization I think people are just mad because the creator did a reverse uno card on the edgy power up Personally to me Gear 5 is one of the most creative and best transformations to have been done in shonen history. At least from what I've seen most anime/Manga transformations are based on Rage, Revenge or any type of hatred and do not have to do with the character whatsoever. Gear 5 is the complete opposite. It basically amps what Luffy has always been, a goofy guy trying to be free making people smile and laugh. It's the perfect way Oda could have made it when you consider that the One Piece world is literally borderline in Berserk territory of f-uped I also find it interesting how Oda portrays Luffy's strength. Re-reading the story with all the context we can even say that most of Luffy's fights he's the one who's actually nerfed. Heck you could even argue that he's entirely been nerfed the entire time when you consider the context surrounding Luffy. He's the son of Dragon who is the leader of the army that's trying to take down the world government and change the world ( so I laugh at those who say that he isn't strong ). He's also the grandson of Garp who is known to be on par with Roger and Whitebeard. Garp is also the only top tier that has no devil fruit and is just straight up haki hands. On top of that he has a fruit that has been defying what rubber does since 2005 when he first used gear 2( it's also hilarious how many people tried to justify how rubber can channel fire at the bottom of the ocean with vulcanization and now their surprise that he's doing all that stuff in gear 5 ). Now back to his battles With Alrong it was honestly easy. Oda literally had to take Luffy out the fight for Arlong and his crew to have a chance. Once Luffy returned the battle was over. The difference is shown when both Luffy and Arlong are in the map room where both show the difference in their ambition. Luffy got so serious he broke his nose and 1 shot him after that With crocodile it was his first time fighting a logia. Once he knew all he needed was water to touch Crocodile the battle did a 180. Remember he had to carry water with him. He did get defeated and had to rest but in the last duel Luffy only needed his fist and didn't had to carry water. With Eneru, the dude was literally so scared he had to take Luffy out with a golden ball which resulted in his demise With Lucci it's kinda not that but still once he saw them use the Six powers he incorporated them which again is not what rubber does. ( hinting on it not being what it actually was aka the Gum Gum fruit ) ( people that say it was a retcon or that Luffy never showed any signs literally disregard what Doflamingo said about the first time he used gear 4 ) Could Gear 5 have been hinted at better? Heck yes, ain't no reason to argue that . But it's literally wromg to say that it wasn't hinted before Onigashima. Those who have actually read the manga from chapter 1 and not jumped where the anime ends can really speak about the story being good or bad because most arguments are just plain wrong, taken out of context, lack reading comprehension and most important of all want to dictate how the story should go or end.
@@eonragnarock2366 well said. Oda uses the sun as a theme. Like with the fishmen pirates using it's symbol to cover up their slave brand. The ship the Thousand Sunny is a symbol of how the Straw Hat pirates bring the dawn and joy to those who know of only darkness and despair. There's a reason why the Battle of Onigashima took place overnight. Wano still suffering under the shadow of Kaido and Orochi was going to be even worse as Kaido planned to drop Onigashima on the flower capital and be even more tyrannical. In this darkness a god of light, joy, and freedom emerged to save them. Or let's look at Sanji who was willing to sacrifice himself to Big Mom and his father to make sure the Straw Hats and Zeff got to live. It was dark and raining symbolizing his despair and he was lying to himself about what he wanted until Luffy punched him and told him to tell him what he wanted. After Sanji broke down and said what he wanted Luffy said that's just who you are and not to worry cause you have us let's go crash a wedding. As he said that the rain stopped and the sun rose. Luffy can pull anyone from the pits of despair and give them hope. If that's not godly I don't know what is. That's before we get into how he's one four people to ever hear the voice of all things. Something so rare it makes conqueror's haki look common by comparison. It does kind of explain why Luffy seemed to understand animals. His judge of character and intent is pretty damned good.
Luffy is also a main character that I actually believe in. I am convinced he will become the king of the pirates, not because he is the series’s main character but because he is Luffy
The interesting thing about Percy is the Way Prophecies work in the PJO Universe, you dont really know if you are the chosen one until the moment actually happens, the prophecy of the Big 3 could have easily been Thalia, and untill she chose to become a hunter she really was the one in the prophecy
The one piece sections….it’s more about being Joy Boy was like a job application. It’s just that Luffy was the one guy who met the requirements perfectly.
I can see that. But I think in terms of that kind of candidate there's only one in his verse (at the current timeline) so therefore he is 1 of 1 aka the chosen one or in this case the prophecy protagonist!
@@abdurafiunggang3464 Well if it was Roger he would have ate the fruit same with Ace, but the thing is it was a perfectly timed moment in history some would even say it was fate (which it was).

I like the "Dark Messiah" type trope where instead of the Chosen One being a hero who was destined for good, they instead go mad with the idea they can't control their own fate and crack under pressure becoming the villain
Bro you're editing style, choice of music and video structure is so good. How do you not have more subscribers? Im definitely binge watching you're other videos after this
The way I see it is that Luffy isn't a chosen one because his path is chosen for him, but rather who he is as a person makes the outcome of his journey inevitable. He is the one doing the choosing, and fate is just along for the ride. I think what emphasizes this is the fact that unlike a lot of chosen one characters he has no idea about his role as a "chosen one" so to speak, he doesn't know diddly squat about Joyboy, Nika, the true nature of his fruit, or anything prophecy related, everything he's done in the series he would have done regardless simply because he wanted to do it. That's why when Kaido asks him who/what he is he just says "I'm Luffy, the man who's gonna become the king of the pirates", like he always has from the start.
That’s what I also get from Luffy even before gear 5. He makes his decisions based on his beliefs for freedom. With or without the Nika fruit he would still be a savior not because he wants the claim or the tittle but because he believes everybody deserves the freedom he wants to live in.
But with that there’s been a prophecy with other characters in the series that Joyboy would return and he’s just the living version of him that the other character’s have prophesied for years.
@animeaugie that doesn't really make him a chosen one tho. It's not like people prophesised about luffy himself. Also, they aren't really prophecies to begin with, more like legends passed down through generations, mythology even. He isn't even joyboy in actuality, zunesha calls him that because he recognised the sound of the drums of liberation, Joyboy is the actual name of a guy from the void century who awakened the gum gum fruit. 'Joyboy' isn't even a moniker or a title. By all means joyboy hasn't returned, since luffy isn't him.
What I love about Dragon Ball's Goku, is that he's a chosen one, but not by others. He chose himself. No prophecy or legend gave him power or status. "Move well, study well, play well, eat well, rest well" and you can become a Super Saiyan, and beyond.
@@afrosamourai400 Said prophecy's content was "Sayains can become Super Saiyans, but it hadn't happened yet in 1000 years", but all living Sayains can do it. What i like about the "chosen one" trope in One Piece is that anyone could have eaten the Nika fruit but only the ones who embodies Joyboy will/personality can use it to it's full abilities aka awaken the fruit. What i also like about this trope in One Piece is that Luffy didn't follow in the footsteps of his father or grandfather so no one would have expected Luffy to become the way he did. Next is that Luffy isn't the last piece of the puzzle but the ancient weapons are which is probably why Roger couldn't have achieved his goal even if he ate the fruit. Luffy just met all the right conditions to become Joyboy which was: To inherit Roger's will Eat the Nika fruit Push his df abilities to the limit with his creativity Bring joy to people in the One Piece world

One element that I would usually put thought into when adding the Chosen One element into my stories is to make sure that my protagonist couldn’t have been the Chosen One, that they’re not the only one and someone else could’ve taken their place. For Harry Potter, it’s could’ve been Neville, but Voldy chose Harry instead, for the hero is only as great as his nemesis. For Anakin, it became Luke instead, and if not Luke, then Leia ( as George Lucas originally intended for his sequel trilogy). For Eren, it could’ve been anyone else to hold the insane power of the Founder, but it was the Attack Titan (a personified will of Ymir’s rage) that chose Eren, because Eren was the closest human in the far future to understand Ymir and could free her. For Izuku, it could’ve been any can quirkless individual (later revealed to be the key in making One For All reached its full potential), but All Might chose Izuku because he was the closest quirkless boy that also happens to uphold the ideal in heroism that make All Might happy. And this resulted in Shigaraki and All For One to target Izuku. For Naruto, it could’ve been his father, but that was pass on to Naruto instead because of Obito. You really start to see the pattern that every Chosen Ones were only chosen because of circumstances that put them and the conflict together at the right place and at the right time (or more importantly, WRONG place at the right time), along with the wills of other characters directed at them, when it could’ve easily been gone to another. And I think this is the most essential in creating a Chosen One because it creates a relationship between free will and absolute in a Ying and Yang style. That yes, technically things are already determined, but depending on choices that people make, it could still play out differently in a variety of ways, just as long as the prophecy is meant. Some would argue on what is the point still, if things will come to pass and the predefined future could not be prevented? I think the best way to answer that is what my literature teacher had once told our class at the end of our long weeks of Greek mythology study, which was, “Destiny is set in stone, but how you choose to get there is all up to you.” To then I asked, “So if Destiny is like the final chapter of a story, then what does that make the Epilogue?” And his answered to me with, “That depends on all the choices you made beforehand.”
Eren Yeager is very similar to Dune’s Paul Atreides. Both have foreseen future events but the only difference is becomes corrupted to become a false Messiah on the planet Arrakis while the other is striving to keep moving forward to the events of AOT and Eren can’t change the events to avoid the atrocities he is about to commit. While I have not read the Dune books, this video really shows an amazing analysis!
I think you should also read the kyoshi novels which is a prequel to avatar the last Airbender. There’s an interesting plot, where they actually Miss identify the avatar and later on it turns out to be Kiyoshi, which is an interesting twist.
Fire editing my guy !!! Keep it up and it’s always gonna be my boy. The king. He who soars on wings of sword and flame. He who laughs until you join him. Joyboy. MONKEY D LUFFY.
I've always enjoyed how Morrowind handles the Nerevarine prophecy in that it works backwards from how most typical Chosen One prophecies go. The Nerevarine Prophecy is less a description of someone who is the Nerevarine, and more so a set of instructions on how to become them. You aren't the born the Nerevarine, but instead the one who through their own strength and actions becomes the Nerevarine. "You are not the Nerevarine. You are one who may become the Nerevarine. It is a puzzle, and a hard one. But you have found some of the pieces, and you may find more. Do you choose to be the Nerevarine?" You don't save the day because you're the Nerevarine, you're the Nerevarine because you save the day. There have been countless who've had the potential of becoming the Nerevarine but failed to do so. You are merely the one who finally succeeded. Even then, you're entirely free to abandon the Prophecy or destroy it ought right and doom Morrowind if you so choose to.
Honestly he did bring balance to it, he equaled the numbers of Jedi and sith, so technically he fulfilled the prophecy, and when Darth sidious "died" so did he, keeping it balanced
My favorite aspect of the chosen one trope is that for characters who feel insecure about the role they've been given, the person who has to choose at the end of the day is themself. To understand that they weren't chosen because they would do the job super well, super fast. Part of being the chosen one is growing into it, doing it your way, becoming the person they need you to be. learning that you weren't chosen because there's something intrinsically special about what you are, but that you can use whatever is special about you for the good of others.
The production and editing of this video is insane. I was caught soo off guard by the Inazuma eleven ost, have not listen to that fire ost in soo long.
I know it’s not typically thought about like this but I’d argue mark grayson from invincible kind of fits the chosen one as well. He’s the only version of himself that is good. So in a way it’s his destiny to make things right in his universe for all the ones he destroyed in his other lives. While there’s no big prophecy, he’s still given the same responsibility I’d say.
@samesmith-db4cm I'd also agree with this ultimately mark is human and doesn't really fit the chosen one thing rather he's more of just the one of one which some people can say that makes a chosen one but that wasn't what I was going for in this video. Anyways I'm kind of spoiling my next video cause Mark is in it but you'll see!!

I'm not sure if showing Tanjiro from Demon Slayer at the beginning was trying to imply he was a chosen one or just unrelated footage, but just in case, Imma say that he isn't a chosen one, and is actually a subversion of one. Demon Slayer loves taking the chosen one trope and turning it on its head.
I have a chosen one character who’s actually one of multiple chosen ones. But he makes some mistakes and everyone thinks he’s a traitor, so everyone thinks the prophecy can’t be fulfilled and the world will end. He still ends up fulfilling it, but it’s a long road to heal the wound.
I just wanna toss in Madoka Kaname from PMMM the girl chosen to become the strongest magical girl in existence. She just wasn't chosen by a prophecy mind you.
I like to see the prophecy as an Art school treating all of it's students as the chosen by how they manage to follow the career path of fate guided by goody morals or just them seeing the chosen one's back as a legacy they wish to be part of or they just happen to be the one writting said prophecy unwillingly. Sidenote: About Kung fu panda's prophecy i like how Po despite being the so supossed dragon warrior he does not fit the description at all (All thanks to Shifu being a oogway fanboy)
12:34 - The thing that's always struck me with Luffy is he never *acts* like a Chosen Protagonist. As noted, he's mostly doing his own thing for the series for his own reasons. If those things end up falling in line with some ancient prophecy, it's more like it's good for the prophecy for guessing right than anyone actively trying to bring it about.
To me, Luffy being the "chosen" one is still a half- ass pull. For the rest of the run, I cheer up for Luffy because he's just a simple pirate just like the others, his fruit being a rubber always looks pathetic, yet, he's still creative enough to utilize it in a way the others would ever imagine, and that's what I really admire. But now, since the fruit chose him, and him being a literal god kinda beat the admiration I had. Luffy being Nika or his significance was not dropped constantly in the show, in fact, we started to hear his name for the first time in Onigashima. It's as clear as a day that Oda just ran into a blockade of not knowing how to give Luffy a new power up or probably how to conclude OP in an epic way, and just made him up by assembling random stuffs that he didn't know about yet in which scattered around in the past, notably in Skypia. It felt really swiftly forced rather than smoothly or slowly introduced. On top of that, when Luffy turns into Nika, his personality is changed. His way of talking, laughing or moving, all represent an entirely different person. And no, it's not just about the Zoan fruit. Because when Lucci awakens his fruit, his essence is still around and it's believable that that's just Lucci in another form. But when Luffy becomes Nika, he's not himself anymore. It is like that the character I've been cheering is gone and replaced by someone else with a god-like power. And all the hype I had was dropped.
Recently I have been reading some web novels aside from the Japanese and American ones. I found that the most famous ones all have the same element of "Fated" MC's. This is basically a Prophecy MC with the difference that they are constantly fighting against that Fate and a lot of the time the fate in deep withing the magic system. Some examples are the MC's from Lord of the Mysteries(LOTM), also the sequel named Circle of Inevitability(COI) and finally Shadow Slave(SS), The Beginning After the End(TBATE), and Reverend Insanity(RI). Putting aside TBATE because the relation to Fate is kind of a big spoiler, and RI 'cause is the only one I haven't read yet but hear it deals with the same themes. The others are great examples. In LOTM and COI world there is a law that explain how the powers work, the law states that the power doesn't disappear, it only changes shapes and it is always trying to reunite with other fragments of powers. This means that once you get powers you'll attract and be attracted to more and more supernatural events even if you don't want to. The more powerful you are, the stronger this attraction gets so trouble is always searching for you. In both LOTM and COI the MC's have something special about them, this only makes the attraction so much worse that their destiny is basically fixed in crossing paths with some existences and become certain things in the world. No necessarily a hero tho. Shadow Slave on the other hand is a lot more direct. When the MC receives his powers he become a Shadow Slave. His special trait is related to shadows with the added perk that he can have a master, someone who he can't disobey even if he wants to. If he becomes the slave of said master then he losses all his free will. Also, he can chose but the method of becoming his Master also implies that someone can become it without his consent, you just have to know how. Obviously he doesn't want this and is always fighting against this fate. Unfortunately for him one of the traits of his powers is literally called FATED. This trait doesn't have a fixed outcome, it just makes the improbable happen. Is both plot armor and a way of saying to the MC "f*ck u" . If he tries to live peacefully? Not, get send to a deserted world where he has to fight for his life everyday and night. Wants to evade being a slave? Constantly put him in situations with lots of cunning and competent people. The worst that can happen WILL happen, the best also will. Without spoiling about the stories which are great, this is all I can say. LOTM and SS has the One Piece level of world building. 100% recommend.
Paul both is and isn’t a false prophet. He fills a variety of roles. The Bene Geserrit wanted to make a being called the Kwisatz Hatteract (might have the spelling wrong on that) they just didn’t want it to be Paul. The KW was supposed to be made by pairing the intended daughter of Duke Leto and Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen but lady Jessica went against her orders and had a son instead because Leto wanted a boy, this son being Paul. So Paul is the prophesied figure the KW, literally ‘the one who sees many places at once’ as he can not only see potential futures and change them but can also extend his consciousness to see other places in his present, seeing locations and people far away from himself. The KW isn’t really a prophesy though, it’s more accurate to say it’s a multigenerational project by the Bene Geserrit. Paul is also Lisan Al’Ghaib ‘The Voice from the outer world’, this is a made up prophesy spread by the Bene Geserrit to influence the Fremen which Paul and his mother Jessica essentially weaponise by using their knowledge of the fabricated prophesy to manipulate the fremen. Paul is both a false and real prophet here as the prophesy is a fabrication but he is also deliberately (and unintentionally in the beginning) filling the requirements to be recognised as the Fremen’s messiah.

( This was back in 2002-2003 )
There are actually a few key moments that foreshadow Luffy's "strange body" and we only have to look at Luffy's 3 major fights in the New World, more specifically the 3 fights where he uses Gear 4, against Doflamingo, Cracker and Katakuri
We are met with a common theme from the opponents, how they view Luffy and find themselves confused by his power.
This is made even more obvious by the fact that immediately after witnessing gear 4 Doffy showcases and explains awakening
Then there's the things that happened later in Wano which are the Who's Who and Kaido stuff before Gear 5. But these are not really foreshadowing since its basically in the same Arc
Luffy having a power that is not just rubber has been set up since way before 2020 .
What everyone is mad about is that the concept of the Sun god wasn't given more context within the story. But that's the problem. THE STORY HASN'T ENDED
And looking back at it, it's pretty interesting how many if not nobody did not just question why tf can Luffy, a supposed paramecia transform 🤔. Those who did just shrugged it off
Heck even without gear 4 Luffy was still doing goofy stuff
Water Luffy
Airhead Luffy
Chibi Luffy
Him applying Soru into Gear 2
Him blowing up air in his thumb 🤷♂️ but people really shrugged it off
The dude literally made fire underwater and we all tried to justify it with vulcanization
I think people are just mad because the creator did a reverse uno card on the edgy power up
Personally to me Gear 5 is one of the most creative and best transformations to have been done in shonen history. It's the perfect way Oda could have made it when you consider that the One Piece world is literally borderline in Berserk territory of
f-uped
I also find it interesting how Oda portrays Luffy's strength.
Now back to his battles
With Alrong it was honestly easy. Oda literally had to take Luffy out the fight for Arlong and his crew to have a chance. Once Luffy returned the battle was over. The difference is shown when both Luffy and Arlong are in the map room where both show the difference in their ambition. Luffy got so serious he broke his nose and 1 shot him after that
With crocodile it was his first time fighting a logia. Once he knew all he needed was water to touch Crocodile the battle did a 180. Remember he had to carry water with him. He did get defeated and had to rest but in the last duel Luffy only needed his fist and didn't had to carry water.
With Eneru, the dude was literally so scared he had to take Luffy out with a golden ball which resulted in his demise
With Lucci it's kinda not that but still once he saw them use the Six powers he incorporated them which again is not what rubber does. ( hinting on it not being what it actually was aka the Gum Gum fruit ) ( people that say it was a retcon or that Luffy never showed any signs literally disregard what Doflamingo said about the first time he used gear 4 )
Could Gear 5 have been hinted at better?
My boy Anakin is getting the respect he deserves in the past 5 years and I love it.

Not mentioning the goat Percy Jackson who solved 7 prophecies is crazy.
You're right just wouldn't really have the footage I need to make it happen but I should have at least mentioned you right.
The interesting thing about Percy is the Way Prophecies work in the PJO Universe, you dont really know if you are the chosen one until the moment actually happens, the prophecy of the Big 3 could have easily been Thalia, and untill she chose to become a hunter she really was the one in the prophecy
@@ismingo4264 totally agree, it's only clear what the prophecie 's talking about, when it already happened and maybe it's too late to fix it.
The one piece sections….it’s more about being Joy Boy was like a job application. It’s just that Luffy was the
one guy who met the requirements perfectly.
I can see that. But I think in terms of that kind of candidate there's only one in his verse (at the current timeline) so therefore he is 1 of 1 aka the chosen one or in this case the prophecy protagonist!
@@animeaugieRoger would have been close and along with ace.
@@abdurafiunggang3464 Well if it was Roger he would have ate the fruit same with Ace, but the thing is it was a perfectly timed moment in history some would even say it was fate (which it was).

I really appreciate that thank you!
A great man is a torch in the darkness, a beacon in superstition's night, an inspiration and a prophecy.
Still a prophecy tied to him, though
What I love about Dragon Ball's Goku, is that he's a chosen one, but not by others. He chose himself. No prophecy or legend gave him power or status. "Move well, study well, play well, eat well, rest well" and you can become a Super Saiyan, and beyond.
It was a prophecy about the super sayan tho
@@afrosamourai400 Said prophecy's content was "Sayains can become Super Saiyans, but it hadn't happened yet in 1000 years", but all living Sayains can do it. It's on par with "Even a Monkey can reach enlightenment (Journey to the West)". No "One" being is chosen or destined for greatness. Doors open to all who "Move well, study well, play well, eat well, rest well".

In fact it’s the most popular characterization stories
Kinda true
First vid of yours I've seen, and I instantly loved it. It's 4am and I'm binging your channel now. YOURE SO REAL for including Tenma in your top 10 anime protags (assuming it's still more or less up to date), I don't understand why Monster is so slept on. Also Eren best ofc.
Wow, thank you!
I love the scene where Paul fights Jamis in the first movie, whether or not he's assassinated by Chani during a prophesied duel or views Jamis as a friend he shouldn't kill based from his prescience vision he saw earlier, but has no choice but to kill Jamis to fulfill Stilgar's prophecy of becoming Lisan Al Gaib "as it was written"
Luffy just met all the right conditions to become Joyboy which was:
To inherit Roger's will
Eat the Nika fruit
Push his df abilities to the limit with his creativity
Bring joy to people in the One Piece world

Do you choose to be the Nerevarine?"
You don't save the day because you're the Nerevarine, you're the Nerevarine because you save the day. There have been countless who've had the potential of becoming the Nerevarine but failed to do so. You are merely the one who finally succeeded. Even then, you're entirely free to abandon the Prophecy or destroy it ought right and doom Morrowind if you so choose to.
What section of the video was your favorite?

Aye appreciate you means a lot!

All love to my editor and I :)

Well unfortunately he wasn’t talked about but was (shown) in this video but next video you’ll see him!

I like to see the prophecy as an Art school treating all of it's students as the chosen by how they manage to follow the career path of fate guided by goody morals or just them seeing the chosen one's back as a legacy they wish to be part of or they just happen to be the one writting said prophecy unwillingly.

Dude I’m only 3min into your video right now and already I’m love it your editing chief kiss 😘
masterful editing bro
And all the hype I had was dropped.
the editing is insane keep it up!
Actually snapped with this vid brother 🔥 🔥
Thank you that means a lot! I will make sure to drop something on par if not better next video!
Your edits are out of this world 🤩
