it sounds really nice .. somehow i like p90´s more .. . and if mixing 2 guitars , dont judge me now, i prefer p90´ and strat singlecoils. the Sabre has such a BIG spectrum its amazing ! but sounds to me like overloading a track. this guitar is ment to be the most dominant instrument on a track, at least it sounds to me like that at this time. and second over the sabre i would prefer the Sterling by Music Man JP150 DiMarzio... the reason may be that i could not afford a guitar for 4k.
Great review and overview - seriously dig this guitar, thanks for a great a look at these things!! Curious, you find the wang bar is pretty easy to set to swing; looks like you've got it set that way?
I LOVE my JP6 BFR (Maple Top) from 2020... the fretwork and feel of the neck is incredible. I've been gassing hard for one of these with a roasted flame maple neck. How are you liking it now?
I have a Luke 3 in Bohdi blue, roasted birds eye maple neck. Also the same as your Sabre in Cobra Burst. Every thing you say about MM is exactly what i would say about the company. From quality control to playability, you simply cannot beat a MM, better than Gibson or Fender custom shop, and a fraction of some of their prices. Always been a tele man. I have 9, but once you play a MM, nothing comes close and no turning back. The comment the idiot above made about not being soulful, is talking utter nonsence. Why? may be he is jealous , cant afford one and plays a $130 Chinese Strat knock off! 😂😂😂
Looks good, but absolutely no unique voice like, say telecaster, strat, LP or 335... this one, as well as PRS, are for guitarists who look but don't listen..... and you can hate me for this comment, but it's the truth
If people want a guitar that sounds like any of them you mentioned they buy 1 🤷♂️ most people who are guitar enthusiasts own more than one guitar not just for the way it sounds but for the way it looks and feels, this is am amazing sounding guitar.
@@garyshaw1002I've owned every single model there is... I can tell a Humbucker from a single coil without looking, or a neck pickup from bridge... most guitarists just use pedals cuz they don't hear Telecaster, Stratocaster... or some use distortion to the point where it doesn't matter anymore.... 🙂🙂🙂 only classic models have distinct voices... 😎 but the most important thing is Finding your own unique Sound, not just as a guitarist, as a musician.... ✌
And what about the variations of classic models 🤷♂️ there's been hundreds maybe thousands of variations of Tele's, Strats, LP's. My point is there's no need to try and rubbish this guitar, because your a traditionalist.
@@garyshaw1002 maybe you're right...🙂 I play a Fender Telecaster with a Gibson Humbucker in the neck position....but my favourite sound is my Guitar in unison with my Synth.. ✌
@@ArtLogins obviously not trying to be funny here or pick an argument, but my point exactly, you play a telecaster with a humbucker in the neck, hardly a 1951 Tele sound I'm betting. DifferentStrokesForDiffentFolks
Beautiful guitars. Extremely high quality. It's not a real binding. It's really a masked off strip of the top. The MusicMan products are top notch.
Ridiculous tone at 9:20, pretty much spot on For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge. Great vid!
I'm looking at getting one of these. And soon. Yours is probably one of my favorite review/demo videos I've seen on this guitar.
Rock on!
I got it. The best recording guitar I've ever owned. Can't wait to use it live (and do my review video for it).
Really digging this. Wow!!
Love my Gator 🐊 Sabre. Awesome video
I must have one.
WOW

yeah, very easy to use. You can set the stiffness if you prefer the bar to move easily
@@Krisinized Awesome, thanks much and seriously - kudos on a great overview vid, really appreciate it!
I am trying to decide between the Sabre and the JP15. How do they compare? I play a lot of classic rock Aerosmith, zeppelin, Kansas etc,

Its one the best guitars I've ever played. Can't say enough about it.
Thanks for the reviews...What is the price range?
And do they make 24 fret?
New $3500 to $3999, no on 24 frets!
I wonder how they compare to the Suhr Modern HH
Suhr makes sick guitars as well, would be a cool compare.
What if I like FAT necks?
This looks expensive.
You should do a giveaway with this guitar!
Ummm no....
