Hi Richard, I'm preparing for an interview and I think will help tremendously. It gather helped gather my own thoughts and responses on the subject. Interestingly, it help me realized that my own upbringing was aligned with DEI thinking before DEI became a key issue of social importance.
In the US, you have two 10 or 15 min breaks and half or one hour unpaid lunch break. Many states don’t require the employer to give breaks or time off for lunch. Taking time to pray must be on your break. It’s like smoking. You don’t get more breaks than other people to smoke or pray. If you need to take care of your child, you have a job where you can take care of them from home or they go to daycare. You can’t have your personal issues affect your job duties. Maybe the UK is different?
@@CareerVidz you are saying that people that need to pray or take care of their kids need to be accommodated which isn't possible in the US. Besides, everyone wants to be treated the same, so if someone needs to pray, they MUST do it within their allotted break time or everyone else will want another 10 minutes of free time as well. Question 1. My answer: this question is extremely non-specific. Can you extrapolate further and may I ask the intent of this question? Question 2. My answer: what do you consider an inappropriate or derogatory remark? This is subjective. I need a specific example or I reject the question. Question 3. My answer: I invite everyone, regardless of the current definition of diversity, to perform your job with equal competence, based on your job description, for the purposes of generating a positive revenue stream. Question 4. My answer: Are you aware that you are speaking to an adult? I reject the question, because it is babyish and degrading. It is the opposite of respect and dignity. Perhaps you should ask yourself that question. Question 5. My answer: accommodation for someone with an ascertainable and recognized disability/impairment, who is otherwise qualified, as long as it does not present an undue financial hardship to the organization. My score: 5/5. When do I start?

I hope the content helps! Do you have an interview coming up? :)
A million ads and a pump for the products is UNACCEPTABLE in the workplace mannnnnnn
Poor spelling and grammar is even worse, mannnnnn
Thanks
You lie🤐
I don’t.
