Ha ha, it seems to be a common dispute among couples lately. Sometimes it's the husband and sometimes it's the wife who doesn't want to acknowledge that wet wipes can cause problems after being flushed. We get plenty of feedback about it.
I wish I had listened. Now my house is leaking water :( the thing is that when Im on my period I feel dirty and use as much wipes as possible to clean up. I wish pipes were made to handle wipes. But you are right Ill look for the most disposable or throw them in a bin instead.
You can get a bidet to easily rinse, then use wipes for extra clean, but dispose wipes in something like a diaper genie for adults. The bidet will get you clean enough to where the wipes can literally be thrown in trash.
If wipes broke down so easily from water alone, they would be just mush when you opened the package. It's why regular TP isn't sold wet. Haha, The Cottonelle wipes are the only ones I've personally used that DO break down.
Many people are using the wet wipes instead of toilet paper(because they're cleaner) and of course they're going to flush them. A much better approach is to use a Hand Bidet Sprayer and wash with water. Cleaner and healthier for you, saves money and no clogs in the systems. See www.bathroomsprayer.com.
Well, not all are bad. The industry hasn't settled on a particular standard for "flushability" yet, so all the manufacturers are just taking a shot at it. Some "flushable wipes" dissolve pretty quickly and are quite good, others will get all the way to the treatment facility without breaking down at all. We would like to see an established industry standard that the public can rely on.
I bought a house 5 months ago and the previous owner must of constantly flushed baby wipes I've had my drain snaked twice now and both times they pulled baby wipes out of the sewer pipe it doesn't help that my pipe is cast iron but ya guys don't flush baby wipes just gonna cost you hundreds of dollors in problems and it's pointless
I flushed 3 or 4 wipes down, and the water rised so i knew it was blocked so i used the toilet brush since i dont have a plunger and pressed it in and now it's stuck in the toilet still clogged and my brush can't reach it please help 😢
You need to get a plunger. If that doesn't work, get an auger. And if that doesn't work, call Roto-Rooter. Watch this video: ruclips.net/video/RTbxnNRkqnA/видео.html
I'll never flush another wipe again

This would have been essential viewing during the toilet paper shortage last year.

Damm it I wish I saw this before use them
Toilet paper spray is a good alternative to using wet wipes (e.g., pristine sprays). You get the wet wipe feel without the clogging.
What is that?
Is this safe to use on children? Cause I need wipes for my potty trained toddler
contact the manufacturer and suggest they change the infrastructure of the wet wipes
