Awesome experiment Max. Looks like a success. Well done. I have a couple Chill Gorilla tarps but it seems they don't make them anymore. Good products, though. Take care and have a great day.
Yep and if the hammock and ground are wet. The wet hammock is inside the water proof sleeve and can still be packed op and the hammock never touches the wet ground. Thanks Mark.
I think a hammock would be quite limited on places to hang where you hike Snowy... Although the Haven hammock tent can be ground set but quite weighty... Thanks my friend.
I used to have a sleeping back like that, when it was out and you were going to pack it away you thought "not a chance with that go back in there" but always managed it, always a bit of a struggle mind but I won in the end 😉. Cheers Alan
Great demonstration Max! It did work perfectly! I was looking for a Chill Gorilla Tarp last year… are they still in business? The sleeve worked great! 👌👍☀☀
They did list on Amazon but I have not seen a website and I no longer see any listings on Amazon... I bought the Chill Gorilla gear sleeve and a 12X12 tarp from Amazon a couple of years ago... I have now found a good use for the sleeve...LOL Thanks Jennifer.
Awesome work! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you too!
Sure Is Slick, Thanks For This Max ! ATB T God Bless
It is slick... and just reverse order to set it up... Thanks Terry

Thanks Packs. I also have a 12X12 Chill Gorilla tarp.. Don't know what happened to them!
I enjoy your experiments Max. Another thought that's turned out well - very easy and handy. Mark

@@HikeCamp That's a decent point there Max. A pleasure as always.
Good one Max, thanks for the tip although I don't own a hammock!! 🍺😂😁🍺

Now that is cool! Another reason I need a Hammock rig. Thanks Max! Hope all is well up there. Batton down for winter!!!
Thanks Hagg! I am as good as I can be my friend.
What a freaking cool thing. Didn’t even know that existed! I dig it. Simple, fast, looks durable. My kind of gear. Thanks for showing it off Max.
I do believe I found the setup / take down method for hammock use. Particularly the Haven XL. Thanks my friends!
Hey Max, great video. I learned a lot! I’m not a hammock camper, but a few more of these and I may try it. 😂
The only thing I don't like about a hammock is I have to get out to pee instead of using a bottle... Wish I could figure that one out... Thanks Dan
@@HikeCamp yes, that could be a deal breaker. 🤣
Worked like a charm, and looks like room for the tree straps also.
Yes I really thought that the hammock with the rain fly was going to be to bulky for the skin. Glad it worked... Thanks Patrick..
That's awesome that it worked so well. And fit in the bag mam oh man 👍❤️
Many many thanks Nicole!
Good morning mr. Max ☕(from our side is morning😊) What a great trick and it really works. Take care and have a great weekend. Sretana and Zac. 🖐😊🤗
It just makes a take down of a hammock a snap... Thanks Sretana and Zac
Nice video, wishing you a fantastic weekend 👍
Many thanks my friend.
Great work Max, well done👍
Thank you! Cheers!

I certainly does work well... Thanks Alan!!
Good to see you again Max. Hope you are doing well, take care my friend.
Good days and not so good days but still breathing.. LOL Many thanks.
Worked out well Max👍👍
And a pleasant surprise it was.. Thanks Anthony!
Lol, great job Max! You da man.
Thanks Jim... LOL
Hi Max. We used to use something like that. Never heard it called a snakeskin.
Thanks David... It is an easy way to pack up a hammock.
Is it real snake skins or brand name? Lol.. looks like working charm, all went in😊
Nice review. Have a great day💕🌳🌳🌳
Not real snake at all, just a long nylon waterproof tube... I would hope to never meet a snake that big.. LOL Thanks Suyeon!
