En el año 2003 mi vida dio un giro a ritmo de esta canción, una de mis canciones preferidas desde aquel entonces... Y que sería la vida sin giros, es momento de patear la rueda de la fortuna de nuevo. 👊🏻😘
Glad you like the remix, only took me and Maurice a day, and I didn't have a clue what the lyrics said while I was doing it, lol, until I saw them down below just now after all these years ....I was singing something completely different
@@louismears6916 Absolute pleasure Louis . It’s a popular tune worldwide by the looks of it. Props to the amazing vocals and lyrics. Makes me proud as punch. Hope all is well fella.
I remember my uncle introducing me to Steve Lawler for the first time in 2003 when he played on 538 Dance Department, I was 8! Opens With Technological Aspects by Union & closes with Everyone Else... My Goddd! Feels like yesterday! =] Music like this set my Tooone yo!
That's the music industry for you buddy. Great lyrics and vocal tho dude, you should be proud. It didn't chart so not much money was made I suppose. I did a 3min20sec radio edit when I did the remix did you ever hear it?
Wow this brings me back to the proggy days. I had a "bootleg" copy on 192kbps.... my friend gave me the 12" few years ago because I loved it so much and couldn't find it.
Bought this cd when it first came out. Heard Rise In on a mix cd and did a bit of research into this Lawler fella... Saw the reviews for this and thought I'd give it a whirl.... Woah! Blown away by the tunes and the mixing... It was just the kind of sound I was clubbing to in Sankeys M'cr... Even my friends who don't like the music or the scene like this track... Quality... That kick drum... It's all about that kick drum...😜
coming from a hardcore DJ and wannabe producer, this track is just dirty beautiful. as a hardcore Dj people used to ask about roots and history of electronic music and this was always a song that I would list when mentioning stuff outside of hardcore. it really upset me when some of the local djs around here who were in this genre didn't know this song. Masterpiece.
@applerabbits mate if u sang i on this tune... let me worship ure feet,.. this is in all seriousness the best prog track i have ever heard... it is my signature tune at any after party! it also makes me happy that u are a bloke cos my missus thinks that a woman sings this tune!

There's just nothing as good as this track. It's 2001-2002 perfection, percussion, synths, change-ups....the lot.
2024 😎❤️
It's now 11 years that Steve Lawler owes me some new speakers because of this track...
