Andrew just wanted to let you and Tiffany know I lost my wife and best friend of 45 years Friday To pancreatic cancer We would always watch y’all’s videos it was like a little vacation from the real world I had told her about your moms struggle with cancer I’m glad your mom beat it Thanks for the videos Hope you have a Merry Christmas and God Bless you both
So very sorry to hear this!. So many lose the battle, and we pray they can find treatment for these aggresive cancers it's just terrible. We will definetly be praying for you. Merry Christmas to you also. Keep in touch.
Hi Andrew love seeing that river front property getting developed and all the different projects you come up with. You do have a beautiful spot there. 🌲🌲🇨🇦
Hey Andrew, With FL getting so much rain, have you ever thought of building a rainwater collection system to supply your future cabin? A rain roof could serve multiple purposes-carport, place to park your RV under to protect the roof, solar roof, add’l firewood storage roof, etc. You’d be surprised how quickly a tank fills up.
You are correct about the GFI receptacles. Our GFI tripped in the master bath and all the receptacles in our bedroom died as a result. I reset the GFI and power was restored to our bedroom as well.
There are quite a few of your followers that love to learn from you about electrical work. I am looking forward to the episodes where you are doing electrical. I don't find it boring at all. In fact I suspect you have prevented quite a few of your followers from getting hurt while working with electrical. Another great job Andrew.
Love the content. I have a travel trailer that I would love get power to. It’s a 30 amp trailer and I park it around 100 feet or so from the main panel. I know I will have to check codes for where I live
It’s personal choice, but I started using What’s called dark sky light fixtures outside. If not you look out from the house its the glare of the bulb! I like it better to be able to just see what’s being lit around the bulb area….enjoying your vids!
What no safety officer Ruger to inspect your work on the river property. Hope the well turns out to be good to use. In case we don't have a new video before Christmas, wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas.
A little electrical, a little water, land clearing… man, this is great content! And the fun is just beginning! This whole project is such a great idea on your part! Merry Christmas to you guys!!
maybe you can have an RV black water dump fitting installed near your septic system so you can dump the black and gray tanks by just moving the RV a few yards. Hope you get good water also
Good stuff happening Andrew, That little harbor freight pump with tank would work good for your well, just flush it out first with a jet on a trash pump and clean water. Ours is over 10 years old.. nice job on the electrical. Merry Christmas to you guys ❤
Put a galvanized pipe on the end of an air hose and drop it into the well and blow it out with a large air compressor. Let it run a while and it should clean right up. Thats what we used to do when I drilled water wells.
It would make a fun video, but you can use a air compressor with a rigid pipe and shove it down that well. Then connect the air compressor to the rigid pipe and hold the pipe so it doesn't blow itself out of the well and it will blast all the crud out of the well. You'll get covered in a whole bunch of crap, but it'll work really Good to break up any sediment and it will blast it out of there. But I would suggest unscrewing the pipe right at ground level and doing it to get the best maximum effect to airlift everything out of there. The other option is to research airlift pumps and build your own and try to air lift pump. Everything out of there it's a bit slower but it does work quite Good to remove sediment from a well
I'm excited to see the development of your river property. No I know why y'all bought the camper. I was worried Tiffany kicked you out....joking....I hope😊
Hey Andrew, so looking forward to seeing this whole property buildout! One question on what you were doing in this video- do you think if there was water intrusion in that outlet right next to the breaker box that there could be standing water inside that cable insulation that makes a U shape down from the receptacle back to the breaker box? Seems worth a check!
to bad atleast 50 feet of presure hose for the presure washer and a jet tip! then have a 1 inch pump and a couple water tanks to flush that well and blast the sedament!
Hey Andrew, at 19:42 you stuck your electric probe in the neutral side of that receptacle and it beeped. Does yours normally do that? Mine only beeps if I stick it in the hot side of a receptacle or on a hot wire. If that's normal for yours, carry on, but if you're not 100% sure you might want to check that receptacle with a multimeter.
Roughly 30-50ft wide at points. We are looking into permits for a dock. The river stays shallow, but we are fortunate to have a 12ft deep area in front of the property.

My prayers are with you George.
Love the river !!
It's so peaceful.
Yeah, more electrical. Congratulation on the camper purchase. Looking forward to the new property videos.
We are ready to get on it over there.

We are ready to get more going on over there.
Wow, power and water there, that's great! 170K subs!!! It seems like not long ago when we were counting how far from 100!! Thank God:)))
We appreciate all of our supporters for sure!

Thanks for the tip, I'll look into those!
In. It would be great for the budget if the well is serviceable.
Yes absolutely.
What no safety officer Ruger to inspect your work on the river property. Hope the well turns out to be good to use. In case we don't have a new video before Christmas, wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas.
He stayed home that day LOL. We hope it does would save a lot of money. Merry Christmas!

Thank you for the support, Merry Christmas.
Utility power!? Not solar!? Andrew! Haha
Solar is coming. Welcome to Florida, grid tied is required by law regardless of any other means of power.
Nice work with the electric update. Hope that well turns out to be good for you
Thank you we hope
When I see the river I think the flood. I have had two waterfront properties, loved the water but both flooded. Plan accordingly.
We will for sure!
Hi, Andrew! Fingers crossed!!!!

I got an above ground tank and will have a local company pump for now. It's worth it as I don't have power to the blower pump on the septic right now.
Good stuff happening Andrew,

Can't get a large compressor over there, I'll have to stick with water.
We have a problem over there !!! Everytime you flipped the breakers the lights in my house went on and off 😱😱😱
Thats creepy lol

That's a great idea, thanks! I believe flushing with water will be my best option since everything is so secluded out there.
I'm excited to see the development of your river property. No I know why y'all bought the camper. I was worried Tiffany kicked you out....joking....I hope😊
Today is our 17th Anniversary she is still putting up with me LOL. We are ready to get things going over there. Thanks for the support!
You can use your fire pump to flush out
Yes I could 🤔
Catch us a redbelly on the beetle spin 🎣 have you fished at all there yet?
Yes looking forward to it. We have a few times, but will for sure when it warms up.
Hope to see you all on the live tonight at 5pm EST!
a good day at the land
Harbor freight for the pump. Under $200!
Did you install a TWR GFCI receptacle and wrap the receptacle with electrical tape before installing the plug in the box.

Yes it is for sure possible, I hope there is no Conduit underground and it's just uf wire.
Where was the double pole breaker for that 240v outlet?
In the main panel on the right side.
to bad atleast 50 feet of presure hose for the presure washer and a jet tip! then have a 1 inch pump and a couple water tanks to flush that well and blast the sedament!
Yeah other than I need a pressurized supply of water to the pressure washer 🤔

Yes, if you get within an inch of any hot wire it beeps. It was picking up the other side.
Is that the Suwannee, Withlacoochee or other river?
Other
How wide and deep is the river there? Can you put a boat dock in?
Roughly 30-50ft wide at points. We are looking into permits for a dock. The river stays shallow, but we are fortunate to have a 12ft deep area in front of the property.
