Steve travels to Bed-Stuy to list a house with a private pool, but when he asks Jess to help him, their contrasting selling styles might sink the deal. When Ryan struggles to sell a big-ticket listing on Central Park, the seller suggests a co-exclusive....and steers Ryan towards hiring Luis.

I do appreciate that apts are being reno'd and preserved. And I also like gas fireplaces. Less cleaning and no using wood! These two things save the forests and keep some of our existing realty from unnecessary expansion. To me, it's also design fun and talent, as well as preserving part of American culture. Yay.

The stories seem predictable now
Plus I dont like the editting/format.
The amt of time dedicated to each is about 2-3 mins and full of jump cuts that who drive an ADHD person crazy.
If Bravo doesnt know this, NYC is or should be the star of the show.
The agents are a means to get you connected but the city is the gem.
Why not highlight the different neighborhoods in each borough?
Why is Chelsea diff from Tribeca from SOHO to Battery Park to Upper West Side.
Though I've only visitied the city 3-4 times it has a certain apeal that attracts people all over the world.
People want to see a life that others live but they may never experience. More storytelling plz

Tim Fronimos gotcha. I do love seeing the architecture of the older buildings but I’m more interested in the ppl in the show. Other than looking at the architecture I have no other connection to NYC as far as real estate goes. I think it is bc it it so far from the true reality of what most ppl could spend on a home.
@@timfronimos459 I agree completely and could not get into this season at all past episode 2. And even then I forced myself to watch to see what was going on with Luiz. It's all over the place now, and I don't care for the story lines either. I loved to see the real estate and past seasons before.

Your baby needs stability Luis. Luis should have spent more time to developing himself. Stabilize his life for years. Stabilize his career for years first. Then, find his partner. Then, become a father. Why bring a baby into your chaotic world?
