So I have been in sales for years and Fredrik is the top of all those guys. Even Ryan blinks now and again (on TV anyway). Fredrik doesn't blink. When I first watched the show I thought he's just a goofy gay guy who people with alot of money liked. That part is true. But watching him over the years has really impressed me. He does have the talent of making whatever he says and does the right move. That is not easy to do in sales. And I think Altman is afraid of how good he actually is. I do have tremendous respect for Altman as he is the most dyed in the wool sales guy. He is sales 101. But Fredrick also has that but with much more flash suited for the very high end. And people who buy in those neighborhoods want the show. I think if josh has an issue it should be with his employer. He did incredible business for them and they rewarded him with bringing one of the biggest hitters in real estate into his territory. But that IS the sales life. Make as much for yourself as you can before someone takes it away from you.
I ABSOLUTELY love, love, love Fredrik's suit in the first house showing of this clip. He is SO stylin! I just simply love Fredrik (he makes me smile)! I REALY like them all on the NY franchise. They go all out and are very inventive on their selling techniques/presentations (especially Fredrik & Ryan). I feel bad for Tyler, because I really think he still carries his "old fat guy image" (a bit of low self esteem) with him now, but I think he's a really nice (maybe too nice) & good guy, so I wish him well.
Fredrick does have an energy that makes you feel good, he is magnetic.

Fredrik is already a beast for Douglas Elliman in New York and if he succeeds in L.A that will put a dent on Altman's reputation as the top dog of Douglas Elliman California. Competing with Tracy who is another top dog of the firm is already hard on him imagine if Fredrik joins the picture.

I gloss over a couple of the characters in Million Dollar Listing because they are immature and leave me feeling like I'm watching something below me.
