How long did you wait for your part to come in and to be fixed? I bought a 2024 500 and they said they’d have it Tuesday but I’m not confident in the timeline
They took a button of off a 250sxf that was on showroom floor & swapped it out ( after I explained to the shop tech that it was the same part # as recall button)while I was doing my paperwork
Morgantown powersports in Wv sold me and my son 2024 KTM 500excf’s for 9,999.00 with the 2,850 rebate from KTM. and they dropped the 400$ fee. Ours already had the switch replaced
I just got mine too! Just like yours at 12,4 out the door. How do you like the transmission? Mine is a bit difficult to shift. Maybe I’m just getting used to it. Won’t shift into third when it’s off. They said it needs hydronic pressure
My ‘24, is the easiest to get into neutral of all the other previous generations. Mine shifts good while riding. I’ve never tried shifting them through the gears while not running.
The XW-F is a 50 state legal green sticker off-road model without the turn signals and other street legal stuff. But it's still corked with a lean ECU, extra screen on the back of the muffler, and reed valve in the air boot. Pretty easy to uncork, but you'll have to either reflash the ECU, replace with a Vortex or GET or add a fuel tuner. Don't just remove the reed valve and muffler screen. Then it will run even leaner. But great bikes from everything I am seeing.
That will get a lot of different opinions, to me it is there, but minimal. I never even notice it until I ride my sons 125sx, then I realize the engine breaking when I hop back on the 350.
No wonder my 2024 500exc has been cranking over by itself ! I’m calling dealer in the morning .Thanks a million !

That black trim makes it go 10 percent faster.
Kato has the new closed cartridge forks, the gasser still has the Xplor rubbish

hmm why tank is already yellow? Normaly they start transparent white and become yellow after time.

Did you try to use that dongle on the smog unit? I just got the 2024 FE 350S which came with the same dongle in the "wash kit" pkg. Thanks
I did try it, the check engine light came on, so I plugged smog unit back in.

Are the swingarm guards KTM brand? Held on by zip ties?
Ktm brand, & yes on the zip ties.
Did you ever try or figure out if the black plug is an evap bypass?
I tried it, the check engine light came on, so it is not a bypass. Not sure what it is for.

Taco Moto makes a dongle plug that will prevent throwing a code. It has pins .

Is the xwf uncorked like the xcf and this is the corked up one?
It should be uncorked like the XCF , since it doesn’t have to pass the EXC-F emissions standards for on road. But I can’t be 100% sure.

Did you already mod that bike? I notice that there ODI lock on grips on that bike.
The ODI lock ons are factory.

Hey could you do mx on this bike ?
It could do mild track work, if you get hardcore, suspension would need tweaked & power tuner would help get it to 350sx power output.
My hands don't slip on the rear grab points 🤨.
