I didn't know that much oil came out of the bottom plug. I just thought that was the unused filter location on other bikes. I usually tipped bike to the side at the end of drain because skid plate. I also missed lubing o rings and priming the filter so thanks 👍 The ktm/husqvarna oil change kits have the bottle with the correct amount of oil...I've just been emptying them in.
@@BushmanCanuck I get a quite a bit of oil each time I remove the bottom plug. My skid plate is easy to remove so I take it off for each oil change. It makes clean up easier. I make it a habit to go by the sight glass, run the bike and double check.

Fantastic job on this video. The production and content is excellent! This is the best oil change video on RUclips. Please keep making more videos!
@@David-g3z3c Thank you! More on the way.

why is it so hard to find 2024 parts
@@7nash974 Not sure. What issues are you dealing with?
Why are you foot peg pins in upside down? Did it come like that from the factory

Mine came from the factory upside down
Mines same … 1st thing i noticed when i collected it lol things like that bug me
Mine came that way also. I think if installed with cotter pins down the kickstand when down will hit the pin. At least I saw that in a video... hahaha
@ I asked at the dealer. They said the race teams do that because you can change foot pegs easy without taking off the rear brake pedal
