Today's video I'm sharing 5 Tips For Longer Lasting Curls, and how to prevent curls from falling out.
Whenever I get asked how I keep my curls lasting throughout the week, these are my top favourite tips to share to achieve longer lasting curls. My hair holds a curl quite easily, so these tips are perfect if you have hard to curl hair, naturally straight hair, fine hair, or you just want to ensure the curls last a night of dancing.

Daniela Ramirez lol my hair is so curly naturally i get that braided affect if i air dry my wet hair. When i braid it it looks really defined. Its funny how people ask me everyday what i use and im like uhh i braided it lmao
Mine stays in the whole day probably because it’s kinda thick
-mousse not too much
-curls on „dirty hair“ put dry shampoo
-let ur hair cool
- use hairspray not too much
-a bun over night or divide ur hair in two sections and twist them away from ur face and close them together at the ends

My hair is naturally wavy and very thick but whenever I curl my hair the curls lasts like 30 minuets and I use a really expensive wand it’s really annoying!

Thicky Nicky this sounds insane but I had the same problem until I tried curling it for fun after i didn’t wash my hair for 3 days the curls stayed perfect all day

Do you put mousse on your wet hair and blow dry it or do you put it on dry hair and let it dry?
I use pantene hairspray because it is without alcohol so it doesn't get sticky, I have also heard that if you use a little less conditioner will your curls hold better but I can't do it because it turns to frizzy :( good tips as always, I mostly straighten my hair ( I have straight-yish hair already, I just love how smooth and good it feels like ahah ). What I always do before straightening is to use a really moisturising conditioner or to deep condition my hair, btw I have heard alot about NUME and that they have a good rumor so I will definitly try them out soon ( I know a friend of mine that it so I will try it out to check if it is for my hair ). I love curling my hair with straightener too, I love keeping the upper part of my hair straight and then have really tight curls at the ends and middle section ( my hair is really long ). love your videos as always, I could not answer for a little while because my phone broke and I don't have a computer so I had to go out and buy a new one ( and there goes the money I had saved :( ahahah )

I do something similar to your twist and tie for tip 5 but I pin the twists like milkmaid braids to my head and find it comfy to sleep in!

What I have the Chi 1" and even set it to 340, it takes 1hr to do and curls last 20minutes 😩😩😩😩😩

For my hair, I use a Garnier Soft Curl cream before styling and a 360 degree heat setting, as my hair is quite thick.
Do you use the cream on damp hair? How long does it hold?

As long as you spray them with a little hairspray, and put them into a bun, or the twists they should last overnight. :)
I wash my hair, apply mousse & when my hair dries up, I curl my hair with cold wave rods & sleep. When I wake up the curls are really nice. But humidity/wind ruins them

Hi Maha! I love my Titan 3. I find I grab for it the most out of all my hair tools, it's just so versatile. I like having the options of the different barrels, although I use the 32mm the most. :) Hope that helps! xo

I have thick wavy hair. I walk to work like all the time and really want my curls to last a while. Especially on those days when it’s hot out.

Omg I added so much hairspray straight after curling and after like 2 mins it disappeared. I literally inhaled the hairspray and it was too much.
sometimes if you add too much hairspray it weighs your curls down and it falls.

What if my hair is so oily that I will wash it at night, and by the time I wake up, I can brush it back and it will stay there because it’s so greasy that it acts like hair gel?

Ok so I would curl my hair in the morning or school and I would put hair spray, but for some reason it always tangles my hair. Then by the end of the school day the curls are completely gone🙄
My hair stays curled for daaaaays if I use a wand but if I use an actual curling iron with a clamp, it just falls out immediately 🙃

If your hair is not use to the heat of curling tools or any heat the hair wont stay. So put more heat on hair so it can get use to it

Your hair is wavy
For my hair I have it SLIGHTLY damp, like 8 minutes before being completely dry, and then I use the curling iron. The water evaporates making the curls tighter and last longer. Ik it sounds dumb, but it really does work. My hair also doesn't like hair spray so I just leave it how it is. Really good technique for hair that's a cross between BONE STRAIGHTS and sLighTlY wavy.

It’s hard to understand what you are saying. Maybe if you talked slower? Here’s my tip use a shampoo thats for oily hair. Use a setting lotion or mousse to wet hair towel dry. Sit under a dryer. Use a steam hair setter or use conventional rollers sit under a dryer. If you continue to use a curing iron your hair will dry out and eventually break. Always sit under a dryer to dry your hair or air dry part of the time. Completely stay away from blow dryers or use a hair setter to set your hair. Curling irons should only be used maybe in emergency situations. If you can’t sit under a hairdryer then you’re going to suffer the consequences eventually.
