The end was very sad. Advocate ravindra is one in a million, when wil the top court's in India think of the common people. Hon' le Judge sab walked away after his order. Just throwing responsibility on another Hon' le Judge, it's not an a order. Very shameful

It's a court and not a bloody fish market. Kudos to judge for listening so patiently, not getting angry after being repeatedly interrupted and then giving selfless advice to hire a lawyer. The lady should have been sensible enough to not do the action she took. That whole room is filled with people suffering in pain in form or the other. Thus decorum is important and since your husband studied LLB, the wife only made the case worse by objecting her own counsel. Well done Judge Saab.

horrible judicial system. It is evident that they are not absconding. The judge should have squashed that order then and there and then listen further about other things. Nonsense and hopeless.

This proves that even the judicial system dont care about poor people, repeatedly he is saying i am least bothered i am least bothered. Sadly in the end, he did what he decided within first 5 minutes of this hearing

He already gave them so many opportunities to properly present but they were not being careful now if they think they can present without lawyers then it’s assumed that they have a sense to behave properly.

Emotional sentiments should be there based on their condition and age which i think is fairly shown by the judge in this case but you can’t just keep on asking for more and more.

What Justice Ahluwalia have done at last is unreasonable... and unbecoming of JUSTICE... Respected Justice should be little more patient... In the case he wrote the judgement that petitioner intervened and had Altercation with the Advocate .. WHICH was one sided by the advocate .. BUT Judge sahab blamed the lady ...who just wanted to add some facts with Advocate that too in not so rude manner... But Judge sahab had already made his mind.. Very Very disappointed to see that even a reasonable and patient Justice like Justice Ahluwalia lost his temper ... I request Honourable judges to please have understanding that People come to you with hope for Justice after losing their precious years of life... so if judges show more empathy and compassion then it would make u more worthy of being called JUSTICE. For this particular case .. Honourable Justice Ahluwalia should have shown some more patience.... Anyway, I admire him for many reasons but today after watching this in incident and his order, I got disappointed. I hope better sense would prevail...

Lawyer diya gaya, ab lawyer case ko sahi tarik se rakh raha court k samne , toh uske biche mien bhi kuch comment pass krna hai.... Waqt barbad ho raha court ka..... Baki lawyer bhi baithe hai piche, apna case present krne k liye..... Ab client corporate nhi kr raha court k saath toh court kya help kregi..... Article 20bhi applicable hai .same offence ke liye dobara F.I.R nahi ho sakti.482ya 226 article me F.I.R aur proceeding cancel ho sakti hai.article 20applicabke hai better hota 226 article me writ file hoti.

but what was the final decision ? did the couple get justice? all i saw was them interrupting their own lawyer and he shouting at them to keep quiet and sit down. normally, JudgeJI has been very clear in his decisions and so far, all his judgements have been fair, so if anyone can update , it would be helpful.
kya harrasing procedure hai! baap bete dono ki umar 58 likhi hai previous judgement main, thats enough to say the previous judgement has errors in it..
In person litigants have to know how to quickly put across matters since each case is given a short time before the judge..... advocacy is an art because of the short time and the huge number of cases before the judges

This honourable judge looks like was predetermined during initial few minutes, no doubt his time is precious but it’s precious for the reason to help such people …instead he chose to speak over and over them and pressurised them as if he is God and knew everything !

Honorary Judge should have thought have about the couples age and there condition. They had come with hope of justice and some linency. But the arrogant Judge ignored everything and without any courtesy and humanity passed the order. Shame on such judges and law

Lawyer diya gaya, ab lawyer case ko sahi tarik se rakh raha court k samne , toh uske biche mien bhi kuch comment pass krna hai.... Waqt barbad ho raha court ka..... Baki lawyer bhi baithe hai piche, apna case present krne k liye..... Ab client corporate nhi kr raha court k saath toh court kya help kregi..... बिना अपील के कोई भी सजा रद्द नहीं की जा सकती
यह सज्जन मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता के लिए आवेदन कर सकते थे
क्योंकि आऊ बिना केस को समझने की क्षमता के साथ और अदालत का बहुत समय बर्बाद किया।
Sub kutch theek chal raha tha acchanak kya ho gaya mujhe to abhi tak samjh nahi aaya ki aik dum judge saab ne presidings kyo stop kar di.... Koi nahi lekin asha karta hu bujurg dumpati ko jald nayay milega or ye judge saab hi denge nyaay.... Hope for the best

but what was the final decision ? did the couple get justice? all i saw was them interrupting their own lawyer and he shouting at them to keep quiet and sit down.

This honourable judge looks like was predetermined during initial few minutes, no doubt his time is precious but it’s precious for the reason to help such people …instead he chose to speak over and over them and pressurised them as if he is God and knew everything !
@raiitmit is the duty of court to understand they are not Gods they are just human...
