Thanks caibilwarrior, much appreciated. Geotagging images doesn't make any difference anymore so I wouldn't bother with it. I don't have an image dimension guideline for GMB or Facebook but there are tons out there if you do a quick search

Great videos! My question is on how to handle Google My Business if you offer a service, like a cleaning service, and you don't have a physical location to post. How do you handle that? We'd want the general location by postal code to show but not a street address. I just found your videos and foresee spending quite a bit of time watching back episodes but I need to do this asap. Hi José. The request a quote button shouldn't take anytime at all. If i remember, when i made the video it was pretty much instant. It will show up depending on your business type so you may not qualify. Not sure why you do not have the tab product, once again it could depend on your business type, which country you're in etc... not all functionalities are available to all businesses in every country
Thanks for sharing. What are your thoughts about giving Bing permission to have control of the Google My Business account? Initially, I felt it would be a no-brainer, however it is forcing me to give Bing permission to modify, delete and more. Thanks for sharing your insight and experience.
I guess Bing is trying to sync up data from your GMB profile with Bing for business whenever you are trying to make an update., hence the reason why your seeing the message. I haven't got much insight son this topic TBH but it sound like a good idea if you want both profiles to be updated at once.

Unfortunately, the messaging tab doesn't appear for all businesses. Google's documentation says that it's available for select businesses. I tried doing it for a client, and the tab wasn't there.

Hi Gitte. There is the possibility this functionality is yet to be rolled out in Denmark in which case the button wouldn't show. This is the only logical explanation if you have followed the tutorial correctly
Luc, is the “follow” feature still active? My GMB profile shows 1 follower, yet I cant see who that is. I also cant see the “follow” option on google maps. Is it because I am using an iPhone?

Hi JZ. Sadly, Hotels, B & Bs and hostels are not able to create a post as they are part of restricted businesses. Hotels are obviously a special kind of listing, and can include information not available to other businesses, such as check-in / check-out times.

Some of these options may not be available to you. It very much depends on the type of business you have.

You can check the list of followers using the google business app. It's under the customers tab

If you can't see the followers tab it maybe because it's not available in your country

This is highly likely to be the reason. The quote button will only show up for specific categories
