I love how this scene highlights how impractical suits are for a profession like the BPRD where the Tooth Fairies climbed through gaps of their pants and shirts, also having free reign of the Agents' orifices.
If I were the uniform designer and having something other than the suit was out of the question I'd at least give the agents sort of slash resistant undersuit/onesie under the outer suit. Maybe the tie could be designed to also fold open into a balaclava or hood, made of the same material. Some sort of goggles and/or miniature gas mask should be easily accessible as well, so a holster for such things would be introduced by me as well. Probably won't help too much against a swarm of tooth fairies or something nastier, but it's better than bare skin and I'd wager it ends up protecting the agents better from something less serious.
For real. Office attire, sure. But field attire, no way. They should be wearing some of kind of kevlar bi weave suit or something. Something like what Batmans suit is made of. Not very defensive against strong enemies but defensive enough for them to suffer minor injuries. The only reason Red doesn't need to wear anything is because he's big and powerful. And Liz can just burn them. Abe however would still be in danger

to be fair, the secondary characters were humans who were eaten first and thus focused on first. They couldn't eat Hellboy 'cause i assume his skin is tougher, Blue is sticky and you can see the fairies get stuck on him. And Fire Girl, well, when she wasn't on fire they partially attacked her. Again, the majority of the fairies appeared to have been focused on eating the agents which ironically saved the main crew.
The Bureau agents with enhanced talents will always have a significantly higher chance of surviving super powered encounters. If lame ass agent John from the first film was here, he'd have been killed easily as well.

There are some fish that do this, they’re called ‘bullet fish’ because they leave holes line bullets- one tears it’s way in and the rest follow. Bodies have been taken the the morgue full of these fish and a body was recovered on live leak where they brought him out of the water and they came out of his head like a clown car. They have eaten drunk people alive as drunks can’t defend themselves very well or aren’t too aware of things. They were covered in the first or second season of river monsters.

David Harbour is amazing in Stranger Things but he was not destined to be Hellboy he lacked Ron’s sarcasm and witty, dry almost pessimistic sense of humor and was practically playing an MCU Superhero version of the character. Ron Perlman had the voice, attitude and coolness to bring Hellboy to life and make him look like his own superhero. Ron Perlman is just as irreplaceable as Hellboy as Alfred Molina is as Doctor Octopus or Heath Ledger as The Joker
So cool. I really enjoyed seeing these little creatures cause so much havoc in this scene. It was quite intense seeing how they swarm then finishing it with a big fiery explosion and Hellboy flying out the window. Such a great movie
Funny how the tooth fairy is this fairy tale being that takes you teeth and leaves you money. These tooth fairies take your teeth and leave with...well literally nothing, just a skeleton 🤣 Really shows how when you bring these paranormal creatures to reality they're not all sunshine, they're pretty gruesome and creepy.

Guillermo Del Toro is just really good with the dark and the bizarre. I like how dim the scenery is.
Del toro and pearlman should team up and do an animated version to conclude this trilogy. The cast voice acting would keep the consistency and the animation would let del toros creative muscles shine bright.
Definitely a contender for “top ten movie worlds you wouldn’t want to live in” I mean you literally only have a chance of surviving if you’re the protagonist, everyone else will die in some gruesome way unless they have some shielded skin or something

I always loved the fact that they made them sound like dentist drills. Such a specifically effective way to establish the real danger of something so small.

David Harbour is amazing in Stranger Things but he was not destined to be Hellboy he lacked Ron’s sarcasm and witty, dry almost pessimistic sense of humor and was practically playing an MCU Superhero version of the character. Ron Perlman had the voice, attitude and coolness to bring Hellboy to life and make him look like his own superhero. Ron Perlman is just as irreplaceable as Hellboy as Alfred Molina is as Doctor Octopus or Heath Ledger as The Joker

It was quite intense seeing how they swarm then finishing it with a big fiery explosion and Hellboy flying out the window.
