I just brought a newly renovated single family house in DC almost a year ago. Redfin been trying to buy my home for the last 6 months smh. I only been in my house for a year it normally takes at least 2 years for equity to build up in a home. I’m not even trying to sell no time soon. So I completely believe everything hate being said about these big companies buying up single family homes like they going out of style.
