Wow, congratulations on your impressive investment success! Your discipline and focus on delayed gratification is truly inspiring. I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!
I am so happy that I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I am a single mother and I live in Spain, I bought my second house in September and I hope to retire next year at 40 if all goes well. thanks to Louise O'Brien for helping me achieve this .
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.

I'm JUST finding @Wallstreet Trapper TODAY!!! Woke up 5:00 this morning and saw an interview from 3yrs ago and I've been binge watching his videos since I woke up!!! I plan on following and joining and getting everything I can. For the first time in my life...I'm NOT AFRAID of the stock market!!!

Real Estate provides cashflow, tax benefits, equity building, competitive risk-adjusted returns, and inflation protection on its own. Whether you invest in physical properties or REITs, real estate may help you diversify your portfolio and reduce volatility. Dividends are what got me into investing in REITs, great way to secure the accumulate wealth, I hold AMT, CCI & PSA. $290k in profits made in 2022.
Consistently investing in high quality dividend paying REITs & companies over the long term is a relatively easy strategy to create generational wealth. My "boring" REITs portfolio paid me over $4,000 in dividends last month.
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off
@@Harris-k7i it depends on the platform but these days you don’t need a lot to get started. For publicly traded it depends on the price of the stock and you can get fractional (partial) shares. For non traded I’ve seen a minimum of $1000 in most cases. Hope this helps.

@@Blackjesussp Not sure what you need clarification with. Instead of investing 5% of your income in the market, eventually you will hopefully get to a place where you can invest 20%, and that 20% will be more than $200. I don't want to sound mean or discourage you however the amount you've saved so far will not get you very far despite you already saving for about 1/35th of your entire life (assuming you live an average 75 years). If you want to get to a place where your investments will eventually influence your lifestyle and your work if you want, then you will need to invest a lot lot lot more if you want to live in America, which is where I assume you are from. Also, if you have large debt, depending on the type of debt and interest rate, you may just want to pay that off instead of accruing stocks.

@@keirgordon5147 That's a lot of money. I'd love to start moderate and maybe advance to aggressive. Do you just give her your money or copy manually? I have a full time job. And what does Susan Hoyt charge for her services?
@@vinjmc9320 You don't give out funds here. My account only mirrors her trades in real time that's the ideal for this system. The lady I just recommended is a renowned advisor and knows what the heck she's doing. Check her out and get in touch if you'd need help. Charges 10% of profit.
Just found her official website I'll get in touch. Thank you

@38:50 that's word! i moved into the home i grew up in. i basically inherited it. I had just filed bankruptcy. I Lived in it raggedy for 8yrs. I became a multi-millionaire within 4 of those 8yrs & didn't even know it.🧐 However, when i thought back on it, each year rolled over into a more positive turnover with my business partner (my 7 to 3 career). My credit, with my debt to income ratio built my capital enhancements, which built my positive flow in investing, liquid, & net assets. It takes discipline & a lil timing. #employeedmillionaire #EYL #wallstreettrapper thank to all for sharing the support.❤#bigdeestraphouse 💪🏾✊🏾🤳🏾🙏🏾 @42:26

❤Content like this…very informative! But I have a question and not sure if they mention this but where does a person start looking to invests in these said REITS? Like what websites do we began even searching on?
I just took a class with Ashley M Fox, and she said to open a brokerage account with Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments or E-Trade. I have been trying to figure this out for months since learning about dividends.
I love me some Trapper 💎💎💎💎 always

@Replied by Earn Your Leisure scammer
No you don't need to buy 1 share at a time! You can buy $1 worth of stocks/Reits . $20 a week I'm at $4000 since 2019
What
@@earnyourleisureyoutube9071 get Life
Eventually you'll be in a spot where you can put away like 20% a month away into investments instead of a small dollar amount, keep it up!
@@demilishing huh I'm tryna invest everything if I make $1000 I'll keep $100 for pocket ,$50 emergency saving bills /debt and rest in the market

I am a beginner. Awesome information; thank you for this knowledge. Saw you at a conference in DC this weekend. Hopped on RUclips to hear more. Saw this beginner's real talk. How do I get an ETF account? What's your recommendation?
I took away so much from this.
REITs and Defi are about to be my strategy.

I bought Teri's course but we all fam! I didn't know anything about stocks 6 months ago. Now I'm making over 2k per day trading.
Then I add 75% of that into long term stocks and do a few options
You learned how to Trade options and stocks all from this course in that short amount of time?
@@KR-rn8lh yes actually less than 2 months. Trading can be complicated but if you pick the best stocks for the day, anyone can be successful
@@idiotu668 what are options though.
