Because the houses means many different things for the first it’s appearance, the identity, how others perceive you or the relationship, the 5th is fun, romance, but also sport and especially for romantic composite, children, and the 7th is associations, marriages, but also duality, enemies, divorce etc. so without knowing better both individuals by looking at their charts it’s difficult to know how it’s play out. This aspect between these 3 planets is not really pleasant but by itself doesn’t doom a relationship, if the rest of the composite is really good ( what kind of composite each individual need to be good in a relationship can be seen on each natal) but 2 hard aspects to the composite moon from 2 malefic planets can be very difficult especially that it’s already in the 7th house means that the partnership between them is emotional and receive a lot of stress.
