Excellent video👍. If possible, it would be great to either include a C/U of the bottle label or put text in the lower-third of the wine info. That way, a dummy like me can jot the wine info down to help me buy it.
Thanks for the educational reviews, it seems like you found a couple good ones. I'm always shopping the sub-$10 wines, but maybe I'll check out the chardonnay if I see it. This video gets tons of bonus points for the Fernwood 2 Night reference, LOL. Please keep up the great reviews.
Excellent review. I am SO hesitant to buy from Total, especially their direct purchases. You have alleviated some of my suspicion and am grateful for your effort.
Was hoping for the name-omi of the popular CA non-pinot noir you mentioned 😉.Wonderful video, wish I could get in to get the first wine, the chardonnay. Appreciated the description of carbonic maceration!
Those were not the wines you reviewed in this video. Hint for future: If you Pin your comment that lists the wines reviewed in a video it will always be at the top of the comment section to make it easier for people to see.
@@FlintIronstag23 Or even better, you can add them to the video description. But yes on the wines, those are the Trader Joe's ones from previous video, I think.
Thank you Peter. I will have to check out the Total Wines store!!! I enjoyed your latest video too. However, what would be your food pairings with these wines? I find your food pairings very useful. Keep 'em coming.
Too bad the Saint Amour did not show well! I love the Beaujolais wines, especially Morgon and Moulin a Vent! And the white wines from Maconnais can often be very good value! And the areas are wonderful to visit!
You’re the best. Keep on going. I Listening to someone honest and intelligent is so refreshing. I wish you well. Bon chance !!!
Thank you so very much for your kind words
I feel like a kid on Christmas morning whenever Peter Neptune releases a new video 😀

Awesome for picking up on the ref. Thanks for watching!
I would love to see a video of wines you would buy if you were starting a collection from scratch
Hmmm let me think about that. Good idea.

You pulled that Fernwood reference out of nowhere! Brilliant! I love Cru Beaujolais, so it was a shame the St. Amour was a let down.
Way to pick up on the ref! I love Cru B also. That one was a bit of a dud.

What is the difference between a Macon Lugny and a Cave de Lugny?
I'll say it. Meiomi

Yes they are and I love the wine also. That particular Cru B was a bit of a dud but oh well.
