@@OrdinaryCaptain well i dont know how else to explain it, its literally the square where you aim the thing you want to focus on (if this sounds rude, sorry, its my second language)
@@OrdinaryCaptain yes, its the same camera, wish i could send you a pic, all i want is a "clean display", i tried turning off everything, but the little focus square still remains...
Question, is it while recording or when it’s on just sitting there? Mines shuts off after awhile if just sitting there but if I’m streaming it will stay on the whole time
So that’s me streaming from pc and the EOS Utility is so you can connect your camera to your pc (would need a cord to plug in the pc like shown in the video) on the streaming software (streamlabs obs) you can add your screen to be shown same as your webcam and on other stuff too
Hello, I was wondering where the video is that you said you would link in description? I would like to know how you use the Rebel t6 and a mic with STREAMLAB? I would appreciate a link or a title and how long ago it was so I can look for it. My sister has a Dell G7 15 7500 and a Samsung Q2U mic. We are playing with a couple of earphones to see what will work. She has some projects coming up and we are doing our level best to figure out how to set this up so that they can hear her and she can hear them while also connected the earphones and mic to the Dell laptop through Streamyard. Any and all info would be very greatly appreciate and a work lifesaver. I look forward to hearing back from you soon as possible. It’s 8/18/22. Thanks. Cheers
@@OrdinaryCaptain thanks for replying back so quickly and letting me know. They will be starting next week I believe. So my sister has to set up a whole thing. I have the Rebel t6 for her to use and I just download the app on her laptop but that’s as far as I got. Been busy. The last question it asked was so I want to connect to LAN. I believe that is ti connect the Rebel via wi-if so I said no. I have the connection cable you mentioned. It came with the camera. I just don’t know how to do the rest. Another question is once I plug the cable into the camera and laptop will that program just open and direct me what to do to use the Rebel as a webcam or so I have to do something to initiate everything? That’s again fir getting back to me so quickly.
@@OrdinaryCaptain my book for my camera says it is called an interface cable. That’s what I think you showed in the video. One end goes in the digital terminal and the other end is a USB. Right?
Bruh why doesn’t my cam pop up as a cam in the pc settings I got the same cam but it’s not saying it’s a camera says it’s an other device awe it’s damn near my usb cord I put a cord for the yeti mic into the cam guess I need the usb in the vid
@@OrdinaryCaptain yeah I did everything the same got the utility and all guess the cord jus won’t pick it up right I ordered it gets here by Monday we’ll see
Yes, I'm planning to record from the PC. Essentially, I would like to use my microphone and my camera as my webcam when I'm streaming or recording videos
good video broski ☝🏽
Thank you!
When I click on rebel t6i it says no available versions. Is it because I’m on windows 11?
No clue. Good question
Any idea on how to set auto focus? Like if you want to hold something up to the camera
No clue I have my remote and I use that whenever I wanna refocus or anything
The only problem i have is that the little focus square just doesnt disappear... do you know any way to correct this?
What focus square?
Is it the grid?

No it’s all good I get what you mean. Is it the same camera? Maybe click the shutter button once or idk, that haven’t happened to me yet

Hi, my T6 randomly shuts of and back on periodically. Any reasons why and how to correct? I have dummy power totally clueless thanks

@@OrdinaryCaptain when streaming...
Maybe a shortage in your cord?
@@OrdinaryCaptain hi. I'm trying to get my camera to appear under video capture device in obs but nothing is working. Do you know how to resolve this?
Can I use any usb that fits or does it have to be mini b ?
That’s a great question! I just bought one usb and been working with the one I bought. Haven’t tried any other ones
@@OrdinaryCaptain awesome thanks
Thx bro
Yeah, no problem!
Hello! How did you show yourself with the video game on the same screen? Is that in the EOS Utility function?

@@OrdinaryCaptain Gotcha! For some reason my obs is not talking to the eos utility. Obs doesn’t recognize eos. I am using MacBook Pro.
Did you get the Mac version?
Also you have the usb for the camera to the laptop?
@@OrdinaryCaptain Yep! I used the usb to the camera. I bought the one you suggested.
