I am getting used to the n°3, almost every night by now - very sensitive skin. I started about 4 weeks ago, every other night at first, now almost every night.
Pros : does not trigger my very sensitive skin, does not trigger my acne, does not dry too much, nor clog pores. Nothing bad, which is super nice considering how complicated my skin is.
Cons : the results are not there at the moment to say the least, my main concern being blemishes. I will keep using it but it is expensive for no or almost no result so far. I would like to slowly introduce n°6 but it is so expensive, I do not want to take the risk to splurge again for no result 😅
I have enjoyed their "liquid peptides" serum, because it works for hydration. But as for the retinal, I have not seen it work so far.

interesting! With retinal, you should see subtle results after 2-6 weeks. Your comment makes me not want to pick up CR10. I’m still using CR 6 though… I still continue to notice a slight textural, more plump effect on the skin. Very, very interesting. Thank you for sharing!

Is it safe to start using it every night if I already used Retinal 3 for months beforehand? Or is it better to phase in?

I would phase it in. Try every other night for one week and if your skin isn’t excessively dry/flaky try using it nightly.
      Hope this helps!

it's all placebo with fancy cosmetics, either that, or skin improves because you pay more attention to eating right and hydrating.
