I suggest you that if you are student then spend your much of time in learning new things, busy yourself in doing something new. Also I suggest you to watch the vedio:How to follow brahmcharya by premanand maharaj.
Bro, it takes time to get rid of this, but believe after month you feel very calm and happiness in your life with strong memory and physically powerful. Also do exercise daily at least 30 min and avoid spicy food more. Woke up in brahm muhurt.

i dotn know it will help you or not but let's give a chance,, rather than doing nothing see there are ways but according to your condition it depends and how your mind is directed 1) you are from lower middle class-higher middle class{like most us are} then solution is you see your responsibilities get more and more by age we grew up not like rich kids.
