I've been all over Ukraine and I can confidently say that the girls in Kharkiv are the prettiest. There are many tall girls there and they have amazing looks. You get both brunette's and blonde's there, so one is pretty much spoilt for choice if they have something going for them. Kyiv and Odesa also have cute girls and they also probably have the most fashionable girls dress wise. The girls in Lviv were ok, but I didn't find them as beautiful as the girls from the other cities. Mykolaiv also had some very enticing girls, but Kharkiv remains my favourite city in Ukraine to find the most beautiful girls.

The factor that needs to be considered is also the numbers of girls and their density per portion of population. Lviv has cute, slim and short girls but in huge amounts. Just stand on the street corner for 5 seconds and one will pass by. In Kyiv and Odessa, they are very good looking but for some reason, there are not that many, and there are many guys. Just guys everywhere. You stand on the street corner and you can wait for an hour to see one pass by. Vinnitsa is also very good.

From my observations, the girls in Kyiv and eastern Ukraine are on the whole more beautiful than Lviv girls. Lviv girls also tend to dress more conservatively. I noticed a whole lot more booty shorts in Kyiv and Kharkiv, for example. But I personally find western Ukrainian girls to be more compatible and friendlier. Kharkiv girls seem to scowl a lot, as do the guys there. If there's a place in Ukraine that has dogs, it would be Zakarpattya. But I'm not the only one who feels that way; the folks down there will say the same thing.
