This song got a lot of airplay when the album came out and is considered a hit and usually played live. This is my favorite Bad Company songs and one of my all time favorites overall. When I saw them live in 1976 for the first time, they had just performed the acoustic song Seagull and then a short drum solo and all the lights were down and suddenly the lights burst back on as guitarist rips into those opening riffs. Amazing. It's one of the most memorable moments of my concert going life and I've been to a lot of concerts including some greats (Led Zeppelin, Queen, Jethro Tull, Yes, Paul McCartney, Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, Rainbow, Judas Priest, AC/DC (Bon Scott era), UFO, The Allman Brothers, ZZ Top and many more).

Paul Rodgers is a really underrated singer. Word says he was one of Freddie Mercury's favourites... That's why the project Queen + Paul Rodgers came to fruition, you can check: "C-Lebrity", "We Believe", "Say It's Not True" or their cover of "Runaway"... Apart from that, you can hear Paul along a bunch of other megasupermusicians (members of Iron Maiden, Deep Purple and Rush included) in the Rock Aid Armenia (a charity supergroup) rendition of "Smoke On The Water"!

This song wasn't originally released as a single. It picked up popularity later from FM stations by request and as time
went by and Bad Co.'s popularity rose, stations cutting back on royalty pay by essentially "starting over" at new release
level to pay out cheaper royalties than the climbing plateau of playing a hit song by a popular band - use requests, DJ favs from albums or B sides of 45s.
Big Example: Led Zeppelin. Think of every song you've ever heard on the radio by them and then check the singles released
    by the band.

Paul Rodgers is everyone's dream frontman. He does it all, sings with soul, grunts when needed, and can rock it with the best of them. He is without a doubt one of my favorite rock
singers of all time. By the way, he still can sing it at over 70 years old! If you want to hear Paul really sing, Listen to The Firm Live "Live in Peace" a short term band with Paul Rodgers and
Jimmy Page on guitar. If that doesn't bring a tear in your eye and move you?? nothing will lol.

You should also check out Paul and Simon (drummer) original group Free. Especially “Wishing Well” and “Little Bit of Love”
    Take care Jamel
I almost Forgot “ Deal with the Preacher” until I saw someone mention below so I will second that recommendation.
