  • When I booked my flight for the way home this summer, going through Iceland was actually the cheapest flight. I used Kiwi to book a flight from Hamburg to Iowa. I flew Iceland Air from Hamburg to Iceland and then Wow Air for the long haul flight from Iceland to San Francisco’s. It was about 9 hours. I booked a bedroom on Airbnb and I was ready to go. When I arrived, I took the bus to the blue Lagoon. I spent the rest of the day there, even though it didn’t get too dark so it felt like it was only afternoon when I left. I headed to my Airbnb and basically went to sleep right away. I was so tired. Also, because my phone didn’t work, I was skeptical to venture out a bit more. The next morning, I walked to the bus stop which was about 30 or 40 minute walk from my Airbnb. I walked through a really nice park on my way, so that made it really enjoyable. It was the end of June, but the flowers are just beginning to bloom. I took the bus back to the airport and got to enjoy some delicious salmon in the airport before heading back to America. The airport is really nice and modern. Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed it!
