I did a lot of research on resonators when I was doing my exhaust. Go with the Aero25 resonator. It will knock out all of the rasp and leave the sound you want.
@@double-you I have an F sport exhaust and it sounds great, just want it a little deeper sounding haha. it hits high revs pretty quickly on stock tune so it can get raspy sometimes. I would love to hear it man if you have a vid
Xforce catback, not raspy and it's true dual catback for less than $700. It's essentially an affordable joez exhaust and gives a few extra hp. I'm also not a fan of the underflow, it's not my cup of tea. Still happy you're back in the Lexus family !

It has the Invidia midpipe now, but its just so loud with the catless headers. I am going to add a resonator I think. Maybe a different axleback could work too!

Seats and bumper. Pretty lame really, as Lexus offered F-Sport branded parts: axel back exhaust, air intake system, bigger brakes, forged wheels, lowering springs, shocks, sway bars, under body brace...and none of them came with the car.

I promiss if tou ditch that muffler setup and go with a thicker piping it sounds soooooooo much better ! I have the invidia midpipe and a 3" electronic exhaust bypass valve installed that turns it into a straight pipe with the flip of a button after the nvidia mid pipe so I can have stock muffs and chill when I see cops or pulling in a residential area and then open that bad girl wide and let her roar and pop and bang a lil. The pops an bangs only happen randomly on downshift with decel or blipp the throttle at times it sounds sick. I've had so many compliments from people who have the invidia mid pipe but a diff exhaust setup and so far this sounds the best. I wanted hks but it's too raspy also. I'll end up doing custom muffs on the back one day but the flow and power is perfect now and the sound is godly
Post a vid/sound clips. I have a 350 and was thinking about a bypass as I don't want it loud all the time (daily), but when I line up at a red light with a wrx or 5.0 and the coast is clear I let it rip.

Mmm...for lexus the only abs problems I recall are for the V8 powered gs430, gs460, ls460 (not sure about ls430), 2010+ rx450 hybrids. Probably more but those are off the top of my head.

Would be nice to soo but the price for the minimal power gain. Wish the IS250 & 350's had more available performance parts. One reason I got rid of mine and got a LS400 for a different build. 😁👍

I personally would like to see a turbo build as I follow a few turbo builds and they got some pretty good gains out of a 250. I believe they are around 340HP which is a decent gain over stock for the 250. I would be curious to see the is350 get to 400whp. That would be worth it imo
I mean, the RR Racing supercharger gets to 455 whp. Stock whp is about ~260. I dunno that I'd call 195 whp gain with stock block and internals "minimal."

@@alfonsoboyer3476 first thing that comes to mind is AWD 2is do tend to experience vibration issues when lowered, although its hit or miss. as for your car pulling in the grooves in the road, that even happens stock to some. get RCF, RR, or Figs lower control arm bushings. I’ve heard a few peoples say this helps with the pull, also if you have not gotten your car aligned yet, do so. your toe may be out of whack which may be contributing to your issue.
So sold your 350 for 4 runner ND camero. Then sold camero and 4 runner for a 350? Wow lol losing money in mods left and right. And equity. Congrats tho
It was a great combo! I actually sold the Camaro to a dealership for a great price since everything is up. Would like to build this IS and have a cheap daily.

It’s likely that same diffuser you’re seeing on eBay. This one was just molded into the bumper by a body shop after the previous owner bought it
