That is a great tip about keeping your needle threaded when you’re going to use the same color and just change length. I’ve watched numerous videos on RUclips and you are the first one I heard point that out. And I used to punch over 35 years ago and never knew that.
Newbie here!!! So happy I found your channel I absolutely love it!!!💖 Girl you’re legit the rug came out beyond adorable 🥰 I’m spanking brand new to point needling 😅 Please please can you list the products you used? I am so ready to try this.😊 Can’t wait to see more of your videos. The fur babies are sweet .
Regarding printing the schematic - you want to print at 100% - not print to fill (which would resize to fill the size of the paper you have in your printer)
That was such a good video! Thank you for all of that information. I really want to try this now. Could you put it on a frame instead of a hoop when you are done or maybe turn it into a decorative rug? Or would your loops need to be secured down on back side with rug tape etc to keep it from coming unraveled?
If you can find a permanent way, go for it! But that needle is constantly being rubbed by taut fabric, so I think most methods would come off. It's quick enough to measure, though. If you've found a way to mark your needles, please do share, I'd love to hear about it! 😊

Suggestion mark the lengths on the needle. 🤷🏽♀️
