The concrete panels were well conceived and executed. Over all a inviting small space. I would have covered the "bullet holes' as I think it distracts from a negative space wall.
I was thinking about those and it appeals to me that if you reverse engineered the holes to be of use at the end of the project for floating shelves or something…

I love the bedrooms being downstairs, feeling cosy and yet still bright and the living space is just beautiful almost like living in a tree house. Expensive finishes throughout. I love the fluted concrete panels although they do look like they are sharp and could hurt kids hands? Fabulous though.
This isn't far the most beautiful, unique tiny home I've seen. It was absolutely stunning. Excellent job. It is mind blowing watching how creative one can get with limited space. Very inspiring.
This home is quite successful at being a refuge in an urban environment. It reminds me of what Olmsted sought to achieve by creating parks within urban environments for residents to use as a refuge as well. This home is perfectly nestled among vegetation with an upper floor which has an amazing view and a lower floor which gazes among the plants growing in the garden. The warmth of the upper floor in contrast to the coolness of the lower floor which is a sleeping area is very smart. Great use of light with unique design.
Very nice, the tiny movement using nature as your background is a good thing. Would love to see something like this as our age increases and we’re ready to downsize.

I love this house (well, maybe not the “bullet holes,” because they remind me of the bullet holes left in a Mumbai restaurant that was attacked in the terrorist attack). The downstairs space is so calming and I love the bathroom. Oh, and the textured exterior wall is fantastic!
