I just started as head cashier at Lowe's but my mentor hasn't taught me anything I'm so lost. Idk how to get money for registers or do the breaks or inventory but I don't wanna start drama or get her in trouble
Yo my girl why yo carrt at 3:18 looking like you work at fuckin Target?. Look girl I don't know why I loookup up Lowes HC videos but the shit you rolled out with was an easy mode shift, I rarely get some of those where I'm like yo all breakw are covered etc. BUT also as a HC i make sure when I am slow that I run the code 6 shit back for customer service and/or once om done with that any downtime is spent hollering out for all associates not with a customer to be outside for a cart run Maybe you're not a closing HC but as a closing HC we get left with the bullshit left behind by opening and mid HCs.
