Look girl I don't know why I loookup up Lowes HC videos but the shit you rolled out with was an easy mode shift, I rarely get some of those where I'm like yo all breakw are covered etc. BUT also as a HC i make sure when I am slow that I run the code 6 shit back for customer service and/or once om done with that any downtime is spent hollering out for all associates not with a customer to be outside for a cart run Maybe you're not a closing HC but as a closing HC we get left with the bullshit left behind by opening and mid HCs.

Damn girl Imma head cashier at Lowes in TN and that seemed like a chill shift.. Imma closing HC at my store and the moment my foot hit the doors my DS. Was like yo clock in blah blah blah and imma give you the run down . We had nobody scheduled in fulfilment after 2pm... Our dumbass bitch in fulfillment has an order come in 10:30AM and she bounced at 2pm.. so i had to be fulfillment AND head cashier. Bruh that order was a delivery for like a whole fuckin brand new deck so I'm posted in lumber doing my thing and you know as a HC you get calls for propane swaps, override, or code 3 when customer service gets swamped. Man today was a day that tested me and the ONLY reason i got forklift certified was to help out fulfillment. After that shit I had to go to garden at 6:30 to close it down and I swear I closed one side of the gates and said iight imma help this older cat out and knockout his line. Bro as soon as i call people over from his line and put up wet floor signs and do my best a big as line starts forming and im like "nah yo this lane is shutdown i. Trying to finish the current one". I put 4 of those MFkers across the 2 registers and told this chick at the end of the line "you're the last customer and i gotta close garden cuZ the old head that was posted up wasn't even supposed to be there til 6:30.. bro i was closing harden at 6 and STILL some bitch ass foo was trying to run his mouth bout how we should've had a closed sign.... I said "sir that's why i had 4 wet floor signs across the spot.. he kept running his mouth. In the meantime since we had no closer for fulfillment I had a curbside roll up as im pulling drawers so i was like they're gonna have to wait. As a head cashier sometimes it feels like the movie Cinderella where they ring the bell and she runs around all over. Ended up closing everything on time but our CS chick is too nice and friendly, she wants to chop it up bout everyonea whole life store. I got a code 3 and knocked her whole fucking line out in under 5 mins. My girl in this clip must've made the video in the middle of Jan . Right now we are going through what ive heard is the 100 days of hellq once Spring pops off.. I got certified on forklift and the stand-up forklift as a HC to help fulfillment out. Are you a closing HC cuz im always in the mix when calling for a cart run. I wish we had loaders scheduled til close but we don't. How many times does fulfillment hit you up to pull something from receiving? Grabbing a box of the large plastic bags aint shit, that's a 10 min Job. Are you always getting hit up for an override, propane exchange or cashier? You ever have them get low on funds? I see your 3 year tag and I imagine you're a beast at Genesis, I'm sure you get hit up for that. My job is to train these people on it but now that redvest has returns everyone wants to live on it . I tell them SOS shit, exchanges and other options are there. When I was hired it was 100% Genesis and that was it.. now they're implementing redvest for retuens
