@@joseromo299 no it isn’t hard its pretty straightforward its one of the easiest jobs i’ve had although some days may be a bit tougher than others depending on how many bays need to be serviced that week and the amount of projects and some days crown bolt

Congratulations on your promotion. I’ve been in MET for over a year and a half now. I work in Florida. Can you tell me the difference in being a regular Met associate, compared to a MET supervisor? I’ve been thinking of taking the next step , and would like some advice

We are in the middle of a stone tile RMM reset. 11 bay move. Nice to see fellow MET associates workin the aisles.
My MET sup just shows up to the morning meeting, after that its rare to see him walking the floor even when doing big events like halloween or christmas
Seen a lot of that! I can assure you I am not like that lol. I like being there talking with my team and make sure I can bring them things like water to hydrate or things like a Planogram

Im currently applying for MET at night, im hoping its not too overwhelming I tend to overthink n stress about work stuff lol.
Hmm, weird.. around my area they completely got rid away with night MET. Now there's only day..

The best tip is to just do your tasks and get to know other people in the departments, and learn everything even if it’s not your responsibility ;) 👍🏼

6 homers equals a silver. I got mine 2 months ago. Congrats on the promotion. I hope y’all don’t do like my MET team and leave me with all the reset stuff in the aisles to put back together like Humpty Dumpty. Lol 😂 I had a door reset not too long ago and I had to do a lot of work.

Not sure to be honest lol the hiring system is a little weird and it all depends on what the system will recommend. I suggest keep trying until one of those gets accepted 👍🏼

Not sure exactly what they do, since I’m just in merchandising. But I believe it’s mainly customer service
Hey man I’m about to get the job is there anything I need to know about? Like tips or what to worry about? I have no idea about merchandise tbh just got into it because of the pay, so what’s the hardest thing
The hardest thing depends on the person, for some people it's the beam movement, or bay resets. For me it's the customers who skip over 2 aprons just to come ask me a question when I'm doing a project
