  • All the crashes and spins we caught on camera during the 2018 Sears Pointless Sonoma 24 hours of Lemons race. It was a good race for us, minus all the contact. We finished P18 out of 175 entries and the car was mechanically flawless.

Thanks for posting. I was driving the big white Crown Vic (#689) in the second clip. I was taking it extremely easy since the track was wet. Your driver brought me a few beers for sliding into me. Looks like I pinched you a bit too. I went and self reported but they didn't see it or have it reported and told me to get back on track. Anyway, we appreciated the gesture since I had no idea who I made contact with.

Damn, that's a whole lot of bad driving! We're building a lemons car now so it's good to see what to expect.

Was that intentional pass in the dirt @2:55 really worth it?

But seriously, it was not an ideal place to shoot for already small gap. The Accord did move over a bit more and once you're halfway in the grass there's really no other option but to continue. Stabbing brakes or accelerating hard will pitch you very sideways very quickly. Nobody is perfect and everything worked out - driver won't be making a pass there again though.

Yeah... poor pass decision there and lucky the car came through in one piece and didn't have a fight with Mr Concrete barricade. You want to win in lemons... stay out on track.

Your closing speed is why I - and a few other notable C-car people, do not do lemons anymore.

Surprisingly we have similar problems at the end of the straights these days. We have 115whp and there are a few teams out there now running over 400.

Way to much horsepower in this car gets the drivers and others in trouble.

I don't think I'd be publishing videos demonstrating how to be a crappy driver and an asshole at the same time. It fucking LeMons, not Nascar.
