In Junior High School, a boy said to me to say, "blast the The Holy Spirit". Wanting his approval, I did. For decades thereafter, I was in fearful mourning. I should not have said it, because it is disgraceful and evil against God. It was a word that was literally spoken against The Holy Spirit, but it was not this thing that refuses to accept The Holy Spirit's witness about Christ. Dear Church, become experts on salvation doctrine (Romans 10:9-10; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8), and prove to your conscience that God is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2)! He never would have called me in the first place if He wasn't going to save me (Romans 8:29-31). Trust Master Jesus! Philippians 1:6
Hello Friend, thank you for sharing this. It couldn't have been easy. You was a young man who does not know, what you do now. Don't worry. Jesus has got you. I had a similar experience and decade's later was set free from this bondage. I use it to serve God every day. I have walked with the Lord for 30 years. I plan to see this to the end. Lets walk together... God bless you and loves you... from across the pond.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is a conscious and unrepentant rejection of the truth and living a life of lies and deception. Like you are doing right now
I’m a professing Christian and I was at a service earlier this year. They spoke of the armor of God, the Devil, flaming arrows, etc. I can’t remember if thoughts came into my mind or if I actually thought them, but they were along the lines of “give in/submit to the darkness, yea, that sounds good,” etc and I’m afraid that I said yes but can’t remember. I didn’t say anything out loud, but it took less than a second. It’s what I would call a fleeting moment thought. I repented immediately and never prayed so hard before in my car. I asked a few pastors about it. This was close to 6 months ago. I don’t believe a person can sell or give their soul to the devil but they can leave God’s protection. I’m still asking for forgiveness to this day. Did I commit the unforgivable/unpardonable sin?
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit would be to teach against the things of the spirit knowing better but still do it for for whatever reason someone might do such a thing. And as Paul said of such there is no Passover left for them but it's cool most Christians they got a clue so you're right
The "eternal sin" or unpardonable sin referred to by Jesus is the belief that God is the creator of disease or inharmony of any nature. This belief is called the "eternal sin" because that which is eternal is abiding. So long as people abide in the conviction that God causes them to suffer, they close their mind against the inflow of God's gifts of health, peace and harmony. People are truly forgiven when they cease to think incorrectly and open their mind to the fact that God is heir only to the good.
@@thepillowman2293 God gives us LIFE and being. God would not snatch anything away as a man snatches some treasure from another man because he is angry with him. This is the human way and a human belief - not the TRUTH. The way of God is far beyond anything the human mind can devise or dream about. Jesus has seen God who has brought us into being, and Jesus knew that God is not the kind of God taught by religious authorities. The nub of the problem is this - forgiveness can be had for all manner of atrocity but what is the one absolutely unforgivable crime? Saying that you don't believe god exists. I called the holy spirit the devil and I'm seeking God truly now what should I do why doesn't scripture say if we repent of speaking against the holy spirit we will be forgiven if that's what your pointing too I've been traumatized over this for years someone plz help
Number one the Holy Spirit is a god conscience in you . The word holy means good., that means A good spirit. the comforter. Blasphemy is mostly just if you know the truth and you turn around and teach against it another word calling God a liar would be blasphemy so you're probably all right.
The teacher Jesus said only the ones the father calls will come on to me. Than he teaches them that's how it works. According to a Jesus.. so ask him, he said ask and it will be given unto you , seek and you will find, knock at the door will be open. I would tell you this you find denomination, using God's name and it has one lie and its beliefs or Traditions you must row whole thing out . Jesus said his father does not mind is not capable of it to any religion teaching anything in God's name and it's a lie would be worshipping in vain. That really really eliminates a whole lot of traditional Christianity. Again talk to Jesus not man he is alive.
One time long ago i was doing lust so much that i didn't care about sinning and didn't feel guilty and i don't think i was actually asking for forgiveness but few years i learn more about God then notice what i did long ago and i want to be straight for god but i don't think i could be forgiven im crying im not going heaven anymore😭
Beware that i didn't know about blasphemy against the holy sprirt i thought that if you never ask for forgiveness you lose your salvation im so worryed
No, God is just and faithful to forgive us from all unrighteousness, read 1rst John 1:9, even David a king fell into list, but he was a mighty man of war, so repent and live right and God will show mercy.
@@TheologyProjectOnline I suffer from OCD and two days ago I was thinking of the passage about the unpardonable sin. Let it go out of my mind. A little while later, it was the weirdest thing.. it was like i wasn’t even present.. like it was an illusion almost.. I was absent minded and then as soon as I snapped out of it I realized I was having a thought similar to what the Pharisees said in the passage. As soon as I realized what I was thinking I shut it out and thought “No No No!” “I KNOW that it was through the Holy Spirit that Jesus performed those miracles” I then said a prayer asking for forgiveness and saying that thought isn’t aligned with what is in my heart or my beliefs. I am terrified that I have committed the unforgivable sin and have been consumed with terror, with despair, and have prayed asking for mercy and to be forgiven.
We all struggle with them, repent of the Blasphemous thoughts and pray to the Lord that he takes them out of your thoughts, ask The Holy Spirit to fight for you and take out these thoughts, these thoughts are not what condemn you, it is satans minions that whisper these thoughts and makes you wrestle with them, speak to the Lord verbally, "I BIND THESE THOUGHTS AND GIVE THEM TO YOU LORD, CAST THEM OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!, I REBUKE THESE THOUGHTS IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST! GET BEHIND ME SATAN IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!" stay reading your bible, stay in prayer about these thoughts, the Lord is faithful and hears your requests
The sin i believe is the unwillingness to repent. The bad thoughts are NOT the final frontier. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. they may seem like they're coming from you but they 100% are not. If you believe there is a god and jesus and he died on the cross for you, then you are good. God will forgive anything you're trying to do better.
These intrusive thoughts come from another source, think of this way if the intrusive thoughts are blasphemous you know that there is an evil force behind such blasphemous thoughts. Bring this before the Lord ask him to be guarded against him do not stop praying for it the enemy will send so many lies to people, what the enemy does is beyond understanding because his hatred of God is beyond human understanding
Tounges comes out demonic 9 out of 10 times when tested by 1 John 4:1-4. While they are speaking in tongues ask the spirit, do you CONFESS JESUS CAME IN THE FLESH? Repeat question untill something pops. The real Holy Spirit will instantly say yes, Jesus came in the flesh. INSTANTLY.
No!!! The Blasphemy of the Spirit is denying (rejecting/resisting) Jesus as the Incarnate Son of God. Denying the long awaited Messiah. (they were Jews) These people knew the Old Testament very well. And God in human form is un-acceptable to them. Matthew 26:64,65 Jesus said to him, “You have said so. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.” Then the high priest tore his robes and said, “He has uttered blasphemy. What further witnesses do we need? You have now heard his blasphemy. Here, we see Jesus putting himself equal to God.
Simple; the rejection of the Holy Spirit to the point of no return in this lifetime and/or until death. If you are worried about it, you haven't done it.
"Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come." (Matthew 12:32). It sounds like every other sin _will_ be forgiven in the next age. Hmmmm.
What if In your thoughts you said something about the Holy Spirit and you didn’t do anything to stop it and you’re scared God thinks you did it intentionally and you don’t know if you did
remember that the Devil loves to attack your mind and make you think thoughts that aren’t your own thoughts, this is just a part of what Satan does in order to make you believe your not forgiven anymore
@@datopg0 what if you confessed the thoughts to someone, because you were so scared, to know if you can be forgiven, and you had to tell the person..... So I told the person what comes to my mind, without intentional meaning of blaspheming. That happened 4 years ago, but now, I wouldn't do such now.
@@danielmarais6777 hey, brother. remember that “repent” means to change your mind ... not ask for forgiveness of sin! God repented in the Old Testament, and we know that Jesus has not and cannot sin! “And Jesus said, I tell you the truth, whoever commits sin is a slave to sin, but the slave shall not abide in the house of God forever… But he that the son sets free is completely set free.” John 8:34-36 It is the act of first choosing to commit a sin that enslaves a man or woman, causing addictions and prevents people the ability to overcome many sinful acts. Everyone at some point in their lives does choose to do what they know is wrong and does become a slave to some sins; But if you are set free by Jesus Christ, the slavery of sin is broken and freewill is restored. “By what a man is overcome, the same is he also enslaved.” 2 Peter 2: But some might say, we are all sinners, everyone sins and we always will be sinners while we live in this world. Though this may be true, as we all do make errors in judgment and act without thinking and we certainly all make mistakes, it must be brought to light that the bible makes a difference between the types of sins, some being sins that are forgivable, and some which are not forgivable. “Whoever takes action against what is taught by the son of man, it can be forgiven of him; But whoever blasphemes the holy spirit can never be forgiven, not in this life or the next.” Matthew 12:32 “If anyone becomes aware of a brother having committed a sin not unto death, they shall ask God for forgiveness and God will give life unto those that commit a sin not unto death. There is a sin that is unto death, for such, I do not say that you should pray for it.” 1 John 5:16 Clearly, in these scriptures there is a distinction made between two types of sin, one being less severe of a transgression against God and the other a mortal sin. In our modern bibles it can be very difficult to find understanding and clarity on the subject, but at the time of the writings of these above quotes it was commonly understood what was meant by the differences between sins, as it is written in the old testament scriptures and was expressed in the Greek language in which the scriptures were written. All we need to do is look there for understanding. “When one commits a sin in ignorance before the Lord, atonement shall be made and it shall be forgiven unto him. You shall have one law for all that sin ignorantly for both those that are born among the children of Israel and also for the foreigner (gentile). But the one that sins defiantly (presumptuously), whether native born or a foreigner (gentile), he blasphemes the Lord and he must be cut off (H-3772 -killed), because he has despised the Lord’s instructions and broken his commandments, his sin shall remain upon him.” Numbers 15:28-31 This verse very clearly defines blasphemy of the holy spirit (God), what a sin unto death is and also what sin not unto death is. When we have this in mind, we can then start to understand many other scriptures. “Because if we willfully commit sin, after we have come to understand the true way, there is no longer a sacrifice remaining for such a defiance against God; But there is a certainty of terrifying judgment and the fiery anger of God that shall consume all that defy him. Anyone who disregarded the law of Moses was put to death without pity at the testimony of two or three witnesses; How much harsher of a punishment is then due, if someone pushes the son of God down under their feet and chooses to defile the blood of Christ and the covenant by which they had been cleansed, and also chooses to defy the spirit that has brought unto them the assistance of God?” Hebrews 10:26-29 “Even though I had at one time been a blasphemer and persecuted the people of Christ, I received the grace of God abundantly and I received forgiveness, because what I did, I did in ignorance.” 1 Timothy 1:13 “Because the wrath of God is revealed upon all ungodliness and unrighteousness of every man that knows what is right, yet chooses to do that which is unrighteous.” Romans 1:18 taken from THE ETERNAL BOOK OF TRUTH THE NEW TESTAMENT SCRIPTURES
Being your whole life loyal to your church doctrine even seeing that is mixed with lies against the Bible you are living your whole life against the Bible which is God’s word which is God in John 1:1… and your whole life against the Bible is one of most unforgiving sin against the HolySPIRIT(which means words in John 6:62). This is why using the Bible you should test every principle of your church doctrine knowing that was Satan twisted the Bible to create more than 50 thousands Christian religions as false way of salvation making clearly that you are going to eternally fire whatever will be your loyalty to your church doctrine. This is why you should read your Bible again testing every principle of your church doctrine knowing that a truth mixed with any lie cannot be anymore called as God’s word(the Bible). Only the whole Bible truth can set you free from all what Satan twisted as more than 50 thousands church doctrines as strong delusion for those who are without love of the Bible truth(2Thes 2:9-12). John 10:33 make clearly that being man to make yourself GOD is called blasphemy. The Pope have already many titles calling him as GOD(2Thes 2:3,4 in you pretending that you are his temple 1Cor 6:19 1Cor 3:16). But saying that is from Satan the Bible verse which is against your church doctrine that is also called blasphemy against the HolySPIRIT which means WORDS in John 6:63. In John 6:68 Jesus HAVE the words of life but in Mark 3:22 they said that Jesus HAVE demons…. and this is another kind of blasphemy… and this is why you should start to having the Bible as your daily spiritual food to be sure that you are not living in any kind of sin against the HolySPIRIT or even in any kind of blasphemy.

So far gone so hard and Jesus learned by age of 13 that blasphemy can only be done by someone who already knows God to get that hardened C just like King Saul praying to Witch of Endor. A theology degree with doctrines of men that make sons of hell is a great way to commit blasphemy because you can no longer see with your imagination or hardened like Romans 1. But I'm quite sure that Jesus healed with just as much passion as you at the Pharisees when they committed it and he said Beware the yeast of the Pharisees that Beast marked seed you can get in your heart in Prive like Lucifer Paul warned of not all should teach they will face a much harsher judgment. Jesus was never educated after 13 he became a journeyman carpenter and then homeless and said good teachers would become like him have you seen any homeless preachers today...

So as an atheist I can say god is a man made concept, if the god of the Bible actually exists he’s an egotistical, coward who is so powerless he couldn’t even give me an ingrown hair. He is also the embodiment of a “snowflake” cause he is super sensitive yet doesn’t do a god damn thing to change anything. But the bible is a mythological book equal to the Rig Veda and none of it is true. I wonder if that is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost 👻.
황아 브리 엘 No, you can’t commit it that way, Dear. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or said, God is still looking out for you and he wants you to be free in Christ Jesus, who took the penalty for our transgressions. Believe into him, and he will wipe away your sins. The enemy loves to deceive people, especially those new and young in christ to think they’ve done something or said something so terrible that God won’t forgive them. This isn’t true. It’s a trap. Pray and repent, turn to christ and never look back!
황아 브리 엘 The fact that you feel guilty or upset about it means that you definitely have not done it; those who do it live freely on the path to destruction without a care in the world. Now years later I came to the Lord and I got reminded on what I did and have been thinking am I saved is there still hope? I repented and CRIED for forgiveness. How do I know I’m saved? I called the holy spirit the devil and I'm seeking God truly now what should I do why doesn't scripture say if we repent of speaking against the holy spirit we will be forgiven if that's what your pointing too I've been traumatized over this for years someone plz help
The same thing happen to me :/
People that commit this sin won’t feel bad and are to far gone
Michael Elter what if they don’t remember they did it in the past?

Thank you so much !
What about if you are a Christian and you have blasphemy thoughts against the holy spirt.and you scared because God will never forgive me
We all struggle with them, repent of the Blasphemous thoughts and pray to the Lord that he takes them out of your thoughts, ask The Holy Spirit to fight for you and take out these thoughts, these thoughts are not what condemn you, it is satans minions that whisper these thoughts and makes you wrestle with them, speak to the Lord verbally, "I BIND THESE THOUGHTS AND GIVE THEM TO YOU LORD, CAST THEM OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!, I REBUKE THESE THOUGHTS IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!
Remember that the devil loves to attack your thoughts, to make you think your unforgivable, God knows your heart

These intrusive thoughts come from another source, think of this way if the intrusive thoughts are blasphemous you know that there is an evil force behind such blasphemous thoughts. The Blasphemy of the Spirit is denying (rejecting/resisting) Jesus as the Incarnate Son of God.
Denying the long awaited Messiah. (they were Jews)
These people knew the Old Testament very well. And God in human form is un-acceptable to them.

@@danielmarais6777 hey, brother. remember that “repent” means to change your mind ... not ask for forgiveness of sin! God repented in the Old Testament, and we know that Jesus has not and cannot sin! Basically, I interpret blasphemy as anyone who refuses to believe that Jesus is the Son of God! It’s NOT a one-time thing or action. It’s never repenting (changing your mind) until the point of death.... which means the person is lost in their sins. Rest easy, bother. You haven’t committed it. God LOVES you,

How are you doing?
“And Jesus said, I tell you the truth, whoever commits sin is a slave to sin, but the slave shall not abide in the house of God forever…
But he that the son sets free is completely set free.” John 8:34-36
It is the act of first choosing to commit a sin that enslaves a man or woman, causing addictions and prevents people the ability to overcome many sinful acts. Everyone at
some point in their lives does choose to do what they know is wrong and does become a slave to some sins; But if you are set free by Jesus Christ, the slavery of sin is broken and
freewill is restored.
“By what a man is overcome, the same is he also enslaved.” 2 Peter 2:
But some might say, we are all sinners, everyone sins and we always will be sinners while we live in this world. Though this may be true, as we all do make errors in
judgment and act without thinking and we certainly all make mistakes, it must be brought to light that the bible makes a difference between the types of sins, some being sins that
are forgivable, and some which are not forgivable.
“Whoever takes action against what is taught by the son of man, it can be forgiven of him; But whoever blasphemes the holy spirit can never be forgiven, not in this life or the next.”
Matthew 12:32
“If anyone becomes aware of a brother having committed a sin not unto death, they shall ask God for forgiveness and God will give life unto those that commit a sin not unto death.
There is a sin that is unto death, for such, I do not say that you should pray for it.” 1 John 5:16
Clearly, in these scriptures there is a distinction made between two types of sin, one being less severe of a transgression against God and the other a mortal sin. In our modern
bibles it can be very difficult to find understanding and clarity on the subject, but at the time of the writings of these above quotes it was commonly understood what was meant
by the differences between sins, as it is written in the old testament scriptures and was expressed in the Greek language in which the scriptures were written. All we need to do
is look there for understanding.
“When one commits a sin in ignorance before the Lord, atonement shall be made and it shall be forgiven unto him. You shall have one law for all that sin ignorantly for both those that are born among the children of Israel and also for the foreigner (gentile). But the one that sins defiantly (presumptuously), whether native born or a foreigner (gentile), he blasphemes the Lord and he must be cut off (H-3772 -killed), because he has despised the Lord’s instructions and broken his commandments, his sin shall remain upon him.”
Numbers 15:28-31
This verse very clearly defines blasphemy of the holy spirit (God), what a sin unto death is and also what sin not unto death is. When we have this in mind, we can then start to
understand many other scriptures.
“Because if we willfully commit sin, after we have come to understand the true way, there is no longer a sacrifice remaining for such a defiance against God; But there is a certainty of terrifying judgment and the fiery anger of God that shall consume all that defy him. Anyone who disregarded the law of Moses was put to death without pity at the testimony of two or three witnesses; How much harsher of a punishment is then due, if someone pushes the son of God down under their feet and chooses to defile the blood of Christ and the covenant by which they had been cleansed, and also chooses to defy the spirit that has brought unto them the assistance of God?”
Hebrews 10:26-29
“Even though I had at one time been a blasphemer and persecuted the people of Christ, I received the grace of God abundantly and I received forgiveness, because what I did, I did in ignorance.” 1 Timothy 1:13
“Because the wrath of God is revealed upon all ungodliness and unrighteousness of every man that knows what is right, yet chooses to do that which is unrighteous.”

Simply to say God don't exist, nothing more
So as an atheist I can say god is a man made concept, if the god of the Bible actually exists he’s an egotistical, coward who is so powerless he couldn’t even give me an ingrown hair. He is also the embodiment of a “snowflake” cause he is super sensitive yet doesn’t do a god damn thing to change anything.
