Can these be used with wood doors? We have a customer who has an opening that will not allow a top roller kit.

Thanks for the video! Wondering if you have any advice on how to remove the doors once installed? Ours have rollers similar to those shown at :45 with little hooks on both sides that click into the track. Those hooks are preventing us from lifting the door up and out of the track. Any idea how to remove those? Thanks in advance for your help!

If your bottom rollers have hooks that clip into the track, you'll need to tilt the door either towards or away from you in order to release the roller from the track.

when they are fully assembled and working, how do I take them off

There's usually two ways this type of roller is installed - either it's screwed on, in which case you simply remove the screws, or it's hooked into the frame. The second method can be trickier to work with, but you do have to remove the door and place it on a stable surface. Then use needle-nose pliers to wiggle the roller out.

Hmm, we're not familiar with your manufacturer number, but we can see if we have a generic replacement for it. Try reaching out to us here - www.swisco.com/page-id-part
