I bought Walmae makgeolli and Kook Soon Dang draft makgeolli. I drove to our state capital, Phoenix. The korean market had only these 2 bottles. Not what I expected, they are good to drink. Do you know these makgeolli? Your video was perfect, I agree that simply homemade dish taste the best!

Ohh nice! Glad you could find those familiar names :) I think that ones you could find were probably pasteurized makgeolli. Perhaps I will do a comparison review of pasteurized vs unpasteurized makgeolli in the future!

@@soolthief please, make the comparison. My homemade makgeolli tastes better, of course what I make is unpasteurized. Also, what I make at home is a lot stronger, alcohol content. Thank you.

I have one more question, you mentioned makgeolli made of rice from Korea, makgeolli made from rice outside of Korea. Is there a taste difference? I only ask because I bought sweet rice from Korea from the Korean store. I remember bottle caps having different colors. I am curious about taste and alcohol content. More over. Tell me what Koreans prefer. Thanks.
